    Sten-zine/stano 6 week bulk


    so im going to start up my lean bulk cycle on monday

    Stats- 24/6foot2/89kgs/13% bf
    cycles-super dmz/bulk up/epi
    as for lifts, i dont really lift too heavy due to a torn rotator cuffs and front deltoid problems, but i am aware of what i can and cant do atm so ill make comparisons!

    Cycle;
    Stenzine- 20/20/30/30/30/30

    Stano- 800/800/800/800/800/800

    Blockade-4/4/4/4/4/4

    orange triad-3/3/3/3/3/3

    Ralox- 60/60/60/60/60/60
    (im staying on ralox for a few months to clear up gyno, working beautifully gyno lumps are gone, just a little puffy atm....also no side effects and can still gain muscle without it hindering)

    Pct;
    Clomid-50/50/50/50
    Ralox-60/60/60/60/60/60
    post cycle 3x- 3/3/3/3
    erase or triazole- 0/0/3/3/3/3

    Diet- 2700-3200 normally works well for me on phs, havent completely planned my diet though

    day 1- actually weigh 86kgs and 11.1% bf
    worked chest today focused on the squeeze, awesome work out...didnt record weights though, will next time

    meal plan for today which ill roughly keep the same the whole time
    Breakfast 1- Oats/honey/fruit
    Breakfast 2- High protein/carb protein shake
    Snack 1- banana and almonds
    Lunch- assorted meat sammich with fetta/lettuce/onion x2
    snack 2- can of tuna
    Dinner- assorted meat salad
    snack 3- High protein pudding(amazing) 21.3grams protein and like 1.1 fat
    Prebed- casein shake

    The ralox and clomid is going to have your E pretty low. I'd just do two pumps am and two pumps pm, if your set on using the forma. As for the water, just add another liter to your day if your urine is still dark, add in another liter or add in 500-1g of NAC to your daily supplement regimen

    day 2- i weighed in tonight just to see how the food was going with my body and wtf im 85.7 and 10.7% bf lol
    did legs today smashed them, my quads are sooo sore already!!

    i got one question for you guys.... i have really chubby cheeks (be4 prohormone use) im trying to find a way to trim them down although it may be my bone structure, maybe it will go when i get below 10% but it is annoying... ill find a photo

    day 4- i am feeling bigger already, it seems ive never really had a proper diet my whole training life haha, now ive got an awesome one im feeling more energetic and stronger, i doubt the supps have anything to do with it yet, ill weigh in sunday with bf% aswell, ifeel bigger and more toned already tho
    smashed my legs yesterday, did some plyometric class at the gym (WHYYY!!!!??) called like metafit or something then i finished with a bit of hamstring stuff as i feel they didnt get worked as much as quads.... i am already so ****ing soree!!

    today i worked shoulders
    DB Lateral raise-4x10@15kgs
    Single arm cable raise- 4x10@10kgs
    Rear Delt fly machine- 4x10-12@45kgs
    prone db reverse fly-4x10@15kgs
    clean and press-3x10@55kgs
    Machine back and front shrugs superset-5x10/10@85kgs
    overall good workout, i was focusing on the squeeze and time under tension with every exercise (except c&p) i cant wait to work arms tomoz, its going to be awesome!!

    Plyometrics are great when incorporated every now and again. How do you do your prone db rear fly's? Laying parallel to the floor or prone on an incline bench?

    after this week, it should get good

    i do them with the bench up 1 level, smashes my rears soooo much... yeah i am looking forward, although today my shoulder started aching at work (like 6 hours after my workout) and its swollen as **** and my shoulder feels like it could fall off at any moment, a really weird feeling hopefully its just inflammed will report tomoz morning!

    day5- rest day, shoulder is sore and swollen, but movement does not effect the pain so that makes me think my rotator cuff is ok (fingers crossed)
    i am feeling and looking lean and bigger atm, my mum made a comment that i do look bigger, but i have been bulking for 3 weeks now, so it might not have anything to do with sten-zine yet. got a physio/deep tissue massage session booked for tomoz morning will report back after that

    I have shoulder issues myself, stretch and ice it.. That massage should help a lot if the person is good..

    had my session today got some cupping aswell, sooooo bruised ahahh.... shoulder feels good, physio said i can do some light band work today as i wanted to work arms... will see how i go!!

    im back! haha got no swelling in shoulders, still a bit sore though so i did a leg workout yesterday (monday) i plan on going light back today and see how it goes, but ill listen to the body!
    i also bought some taurine that arrived today should i start taking it now or wait for (if the come) the back pumps? ive never had them before tho.

    true that, ive already got comments saying my chest is looking more full atm fark yeah, btw the physio said 1 lat is bigger then the other and a few back muscles are not symetrical... whatt would be the best way to go about evening it out for my back workouts, i was thinking;

    Same here, I thought I was eating good until I started tracking it... then I was able to see what was wrong and make changes.. Great job keep at it..

    Been really busy ATM, but strength is up, I'm at 88 KGS not sure of bf% my chest is starting to blow up. Negatives: been sick past 3 days like hayfevery n last night got massive migraine while driving an nearly crashed fml

    saw my physio/massage dude today, shoulder has better mobility and everything, he went over my whole body looking for muscular imbalances aswell and he found a couple;
    my lower back needs work
    my serratus anterior is weak
    my rhomboids/lower trap are weak
    what would be some good exercises/routine i could do to help fix these up while building overall back strength? cheers guys

    My traps have always been a weak spot of me. I started hitting them twice a week and have started noticing more size. Just show your weak spots some extra love and they will progress

    That could work, I would try it and see how it goes. I would just hit an different lagging body part each day after my set routine..

    checked my weight tonight didnt get to do bf% though, im 89kgs atm so pretty happy with that haha up 3 kgs
