At a solid 215 at the moment, currently dieting in a way to build some mass while I pull all these supplements together. Training split is: Chest, Back+Calves, Shoulders+Traps, Chest, Arms, Legs, etc. Do not have a need for a rest day, I take them as needed (this meaning if I wake up the day of legs with still onset soreness, I will choose that as my off day than continue with schedule).

Current Macros for putting on some weight:
Calories: 3,000
Protein: 350g
Carbs: 350g
Broken up into 6-7 meals every 2-3 hours throughout the day.

The stack I have planned:
Run 4 weeks of Pro-SD (Dragon nutrition) (have had good luck with them in the past)
Starting week 4, start Pro-Epi (dragon nutrition) (this was the previous epistane I took) so full time would be:

While running these two I was considering taking Trenazone the last 4 weeks with the Epi.

While running these two:
  • 250 mg. TUDCA (anteaus labs Aegis)

  • Inhibit P
  • Cycle Assist throughout
  • Fish oil
  • Multi V

Erase dosed: 0/0/3/2/1
