    In the words of the great Jim Morrison, I'm about to "break on through to the other side". I'm planning on starting the beginning of next month, but before I do I want to get some feedback from my buddies here on AM (you know who you are).

    DBol 30/40/40/40 (Will assess and adjust) Weeks 1-4
    Test E 500mg/D (250mg M/Th) Weeks 1-12

    What do you guys think? I know it's pretty basic but please let me know if I've left anything out.

    WORKOUT
    I'll be going with a full body workout M/W/F with an emphasis on a specific muscle group each day. The first exercise will be a compound movement that I will work from 2 sets of 12-15 to 3 sets of 8-10 and finally to 5 sets of 4-6. The idea will be to beat my last calculated 1RM by adding weight (ie. if my calculated 1RM after doing 2 sets of 205x12 on Squats is 287, then my next time in I'll have to get 2 sets of 210 x11. If I don't hit it then I'll stay at that weight until I do before increasing the weight again.) Each day will be a specific focus on a particular muscle group in which I will try to beat the 1RM. On the other days I will simply hit the weight x reps that I'm currently at for that exercise. Also when it's a day that I'm focusing on a specific muscle group, the compound exercise will be followed up with a set of isolated, slow tempo work for an increase of TUT and stretch, and an immediate set of a pump exercise to increase lactic acid. Here's the set up:

    Take it as your planning on bulking? I eat 3-4k calls depending on the day. And that's getting me close to 210#

    Lean bulk, yes! And since I don't know what my weight is going to do on cycle I'll make adjustments as needed.

    The dbol dose is pretty low. 30-50 would be normal range that I've seen. It being your first run I would not go as high as 50 but I dont think 20 would be enough. Can't wait for this!

    Be careful using stimulants while cycling. It can cause some serious Bp issues.

    Will read through rest and add anything I missed.

    You are very right. So glad you made this recommendation to me before my last cycle. Worked incredibly. Once I dropped it near the end of the cycle I could immediately tell a difference.

    Subd. Id probably start the adex .25 ED or EOD. I know dbol aromatizes quick but adex has a much longer active life than aromasin so ED really isnt neccasary. But either way really is fine. I personally run .25 e3d. Evrryones different though and if I was running dbol id probably go .5 EOD...good luck. Kill it bud

Originally I was going to go 20/D but I've read about people getting great results from 20 so I thought I'd start there to see how I respond. I've been told that 40/40/40/40 was where its at, so is there any reason why I shouldn't go 20/30/40/40/40/40 as long as I'm managing sides well enough?

    Thanks for catching that Swanks! I actually do have CoQ as one of my staples in my write up, but must have missed it in transferring everything to post. And I'm glad you're here, buddy...it's bound to be an "interesting" run now!

    Danny B...I just gotta say...I love you man! Seriously though, you are one cool mofo and I'm glad to have you here. You actually brought up a question I had about my set up. I've read that you wanna try and keep AIs to a minimum for better gains and its better to try to keep dosing at a steady interval to prevent drastic fluctuations of estro. So would it make sense to go .25/D while dosing dbol and then .25 EoD and maybe .25 E3D if estro sides aren't present?

    Okay now that I have a bit more under my belt I will comment more on dbol. Dbol was nothing for me until I hit 40 mg. when I hit 40 I started to see incredible gains so I jumped to 50 and 60 for a few days and then boom nips were incredibly sore and gyno was relevant. I swore off dbol and labeled it terrible. That being said I chose to not run an AI until I "felt" sides. Not the route. Run it properly don't get greedy and you should be good. I would run 30/40/40/40 if I were you. See what happens and change if necessary. I may even run it again here for my bulk which is a surprise to me as I at one time said I'd never consider it. You do gain serious mass from it that is not even arguable.

    The key is to pay attention to your water retention and your nips and stay on top of it if anything gets wacky

    and i'm not a big fan of nolva, unless a very aggressive case of gyno presents (or is preX)

    Do I still need to have letro on hand even though I've got nolva? Thought that was effective for emergency estro blockage. And thanks for the tip. I'll try to keep my hands off the nips to much. ;-)

    Yes. Nolva will prevent further growth in breast tissue but wont shrink what's already there if things go south.

    Beat me to it. If a lump forms blast it with letro at 2.5mg/day for 3-4 days then 1.25mg/day for a week all the while take 20mg Nova per day and keep it through the remainder of the cycle.

    Should look like this

    First 3 days:

    Letro 2.5/2.5/2.5
    Nolva 20/20/20

    Following 7 days:

    Letro: 1.25mg/day
    Nolva: 20mg/day

    I probably learned at least 25-30% of what I know from Kleens advice to others. I spent hours and hours and hours reading everything I could and still felt like I didn't know shít when I ran my first cycle. Lol

    Okay just want to let you all know what my workouts are looking like. I decided that since I would have a faster recovery rate I wanted to do a full body workout every other day. And since I workout in the early AM (5:30) it gives me more days to get sleep instead of the 5x a week I was doing. Basically, I do 2 sets of a compound exercise with a weight that I can get 12-15 reps with. I use a 2-0-2 tempo roughly. Then I do one set of an isolated exercise for 10-12 reps with a 3-1-3 tempo to get a good stretch and pump in the muscle. I've been doing this for about 2 months now and I'm really liking it.

    Squats 2x12 2-0-2
    Single Leg Ext 1x10 3-1-3
    Rev Grip Pull Down 2x12
    Straight-arm Push Down 1x10
    DB Bench Press 2x12
    Single-arm Lower Cable Chest Raise 1x10
    Butterfly Machine 1x10
    Deadlift 1x12 (depending on how I feel I may do another set)
    Standing Leg Curl 1x10
    Lying Single Leg Curl 1x10
    Standing Calf Raises 1x10
    HS Behind-neck Press 2x12
    DB Shoulder Press 1x10
    DB Lat Raise 1x10
    Cable Seated Row 2x12
    Reverse Machine Fly 1x10

    Every time I go in I put 5-10lbs more weight on the compound lifts and try to beat the calculated 1RM from last w/o. If I'm not able to then I'll stay with that weight until i do. Once I get down to only hitting 8-10 reps on an exercise, I'm going to throw in another set and then again when I get down to 3-5. The iso movements I'll just adjust depending on how I'm feeling it. They are really just for the stretch and pump of the muscle.

    Its taken me a year of researching just to be comfortable enough to go to the next step but knowing that I wouldn't be able to do it without people who know a LOT more than me. I've also come to the conclusion that I will never know as much as you guys lol.
