In the words of the great Jim Morrison, I'm about to "break on through to the other side". I'm planning on starting the beginning of next month, but before I do I want to get some feedback from my buddies here on AM (you know who you are).

WORKOUT
I'll be going with a full body workout M/W/F with an emphasis on a specific muscle group each day. The first exercise will be a compound movement that I will work from 2 sets of 12-15 to 3 sets of 8-10 and finally to 5 sets of 4-6. The idea will be to beat my last calculated 1RM by adding weight (ie. if my calculated 1RM after doing 2 sets of 205x12 on Squats is 287, then my next time in I'll have to get 2 sets of 210 x11. If I don't hit it then I'll stay at that weight until I do before increasing the weight again.) Each day will be a specific focus on a particular muscle group in which I will try to beat the 1RM. On the other days I will simply hit the weight x reps that I'm currently at for that exercise. Also when it's a day that I'm focusing on a specific muscle group, the compound exercise will be followed up with a set of isolated, slow tempo work for an increase of TUT and stretch, and an immediate set of a pump exercise to increase lactic acid. Here's the set up:

Take it as your planning on bulking? I eat 3-4k calls depending on the day. And that's getting me close to 210#

The dbol dose is pretty low. 30-50 would be normal range that I've seen. It being your first run I would not go as high as 50 but I dont think 20 would be enough. Can't wait for this!
Be careful using stimulants while cycling. It can cause some serious Bp issues.

Subd. Id probably start the adex .25 ED or EOD. I know dbol aromatizes quick but adex has a much longer active life than aromasin so ED really isnt neccasary. But either way really is fine. I personally run .25 e3d. Evrryones different though and if I was running dbol id probably go .5 EOD...good luck. Kill it bud

Originally I was going to go 20/D but I've read about people getting great results from 20 so I thought I'd start there to see how I respond. I've been told that 40/40/40/40 was where its at, so is there any reason why I shouldn't go 20/30/40/40/40/40 as long as I'm managing sides well enough?

Danny B...I just gotta say...I love you man!Seriously though, you are one cool mofo and I'm glad to have you here. You actually brought up a question I had about my set up. I've read that you wanna try and keep AIs to a minimum for better gains and its better to try to keep dosing at a steady interval to prevent drastic fluctuations of estro. So would it make sense to go .25/D while dosing dbol and then .25 EoD and maybe .25 E3D if estro sides aren't present?

Okay now that I have a bit more under my belt I will comment more on dbol. Dbol was nothing for me until I hit 40 mg. when I hit 40 I started to see incredible gains so I jumped to 50 and 60 for a few days and then boom nips were incredibly sore and gyno was relevant. I swore off dbol and labeled it terrible. That being said I chose to not run an AI until I "felt" sides. Not the route. Run it properly don't get greedy and you should be good. I would run 30/40/40/40 if I were you. See what happens and change if necessary. I may even run it again here for my bulk which is a surprise to me as I at one time said I'd never consider it. You do gain serious mass from it that is not even arguable.
