Sitting here exhausted waiting for this headache to subside, but I DID it! Okay I didn't do the leg curls first mainly because I knew the 10 sets would be a challenge in and of itself. My first 4 sets were perfect form ass to grass and 60s rests. After that the rests got a little longer and depth got closer to parallel, but I was always at least that. About set 7 my legs were shaking through every rep and I started seeing black dots shooting around my field of vision. But fûck it, it took 30 mins to get through it all but I kept pushing and got that shît. Now I'm going to see if I can blow up the hams and calves!
