    Good day at the gym. My tendons and joints are feeling better already. I felt extremely dry all my muscles felt good and pumped. Feels like its going to be a good PCT.

    The best day ive had in the gym in years. My strength was through the roof. The reason for this (and I know this is going to be controversial and im probably going to get judged like some ****) is the fact that last friday after hitting the gym I took an LSD trip that had some really positive effects on me. Im not going to go much into detail unless someones interested but once it was over my CNS pretty much went through a reboot. I could keep my hands still, unlike the past 6+ years of my life. Today as I went through every set I could feel my muscles responding like never before. Even in between sets I felt a sense of calm and preparedness that had me geeking in the gym.

    This is the only way I can explain how my strength spiked like this during the PCT. Also, several muscle pains that I used to have seem to have loosened up. Other than that my weight is still at 178-179, still looking lean like never before. My libido is suffering quite a bit but nothing that makes me worry. Other than that I dont have side effects to show for.

    PD. The LSD thing has been a one time thing and was done with the sole purpose of experimenting and with some luck work through some emotional traumas, the physical effects that it had on me were completely unexpected but very welcomed.

  15. Note: I just realized i completely neglected to report the acne outbreak that started arising the last week on cycle. Its sstill there as of now but slowly fading. Its not too bad mainly on my shoulders.

  16. Note: This cycle has resulted in a very awesome bonus effect. I developed a bit of delayed gyno from my previous cycle. Throughout the epi part of my cycle, the gyno slowly dissapeared and is now gone including the lump and sensitivity. Im planning to extend my pct to prevent it from happening again. My idea is after the 4 weeks start with exemeatane ans taper off over the next 3-4 weeks. That way i can modulate my aromatase and prevent it from spiking my estro.
    Im not sure if this is the best way yet so ill continue researching.

    You don't need to taper exem as its a suicidal AI. Also wtf with the LSD man are you for serious.

    Im dead serious, you might think its crazy but be analytically about it. Many people think we all are crazy for taking steroids yet we tell them we do it the right way. Same goes for the LSD, I did it in a productive way and it had very positive effects one me. I don't take it back for a second.

  19. And I only reported the LSD stuff because i truly believe it had an impact on my weightlifting and it was something that would change the data and make my progress look weird if left unexplained.

  20. I believe you with the LSD. Psychedelics can cause different thinking which can help clear your head. MDMA is being used in select trials to try to find out if it will help with PTSD. Just have to do it right

    My thoughts exactly and hey who knows maybe tripping once every couple months will be a recommended way to reboot your CNS from mental and physical stress in the future. It clearly worked for me. Like most things that people will tell you to take in these forums its all about profit vs side effects, my profits were pretty high and i cant point to any side effects.

  23. Also since I dont have to taper the exemestane what would be a good way to use it?
    Would 12.5mg EOD for 2 weeks be overkill? I just want to prevent any rebound gyno from appearing.
