    My thoughts exactly and hey who knows maybe tripping once every couple months will be a recommended way to reboot your CNS from mental and physical stress in the future. It clearly worked for me. Like most things that people will tell you to take in these forums its all about profit vs side effects, my profits were pretty high and i cant point to any side effects.

  3. Also since I dont have to taper the exemestane what would be a good way to use it?
    Would 12.5mg EOD for 2 weeks be overkill? I just want to prevent any rebound gyno from appearing.

    Decided to throw another triceps/shoulder day since they felt good to.go. My weight went down quite a bit today to 175 but i think its cause i cycled carbs during my off day. The ostarine is working pretty well to keep my built and strength during this PCT.

    Decent workout I skipped any kind of rows since im trying to let my lowerback rest. I actually got muscle relaxants prescribed which ive been taking over the weekend.

    Great workout, got a PR on my incline. My arms looked pretty defined. Im weight 176lb now and i think im getting leaner somehow. Also and most important, my balls are back in action. Im even getting random boners so even my libido is already there. Im going to start taking exemestane 12.5mg EOD to prevent any rebound and keep test levels rising.

    Kinda ****ty day at the gym. Had to train at a different gym plus my lower back is getting in the way of my lifts in almost every aspect. Im pretty sure its not a major muscle but a small stabilizer. Anyways everything else is on track.

    Short day at the gym. Im still letting my lower back get better so I decided to work on my arms/shoulders. Got all of it done in 30mins. Other than that everythings on track.

    Got stronger. Had to use the same gym and tried same exercises..destroyed my previous performance. My balls are pretty much bigger than they've ever been so im sure my test levels are soaring. The osta is just making gains and not really getting in the way of anything. So far the only thing i can complain about is my lower back which is taking a bit. Ill probably be starting my peptide cycle as soon as my PCT is done and itll be a fun one.

  10. Just FYI it just because your balls are full sized again doesn't mean your test levels are back up. Sounds like things are going good tho so far, I'm in pct atm as well and I've just added ostarine, keen to see how it measures up in pct.

  11. Im loving it ive managed to lose fat during my pct while gaining strength. Ostarine is gonna be a staple in my PCT regimens from now on.

    Aaaand i keep making strength gains in my PCT. Getting closer n closer to the end of what has been a good cycle inspite of its many downs. My shoulder acne breakout is almost non existent and from how i feel id say theres a good amount of test in me. Also still getting leaner somehow, must be my extremely high protein diet im keeping protein above 40% of my daily cals.

    Great workout my shoulders and arms looked crazy good. I can safely say my shoulders and arms made a leap forward. Tomorrow is my last day on cycle and ill come up with a review for my cycle and PCT.
