    The plate loaded leg press doesn't seem as heavy as the amount I put on there. Once I reached the 810 that was painfull started to get a cramp on my upper middle part of my leg. As for the squat I shocked myself. My #'s have jumped drastically thanks to stenzine. Similar to sd but without all the lethargy. But trying to do cardio on it is a pain in the a$$. I find it hard to make time for cardio when I'm trying to bulk.

    I'll consider myself thin when my abs are bulging out and always exposed.

    On a side note been noticing some water bloat at night before bed and in the morning dry ..
    I weighed in this morning at 191
    I'm up 12lbs

    Also yesterday was my first day back to work from my vaca and the first thing out of my boss's mouth was that I was getting bigger and looked good.( no homo ) lol

    Yes it is and I'm loving it. Before this I was getting up 270 maybe 280 on a good day. So strength has definitely gone way up. My best bench # when I was a fatty was 325 I think I could hit that by Friday if I wanted to. If I kept track of all my pr's I could tell u this I would have smashed them all with stenzine. It reminds me of sd but without the lethargy.

    Sunday is my last day. Expect nudes on Monday lol. Good news is stenzine's recovery is awesome so the day after my workouts are not so bad. I figure adding my high volume with my 1-2 lift wonders should help solidify gains.

    Final review
    Weight: + 10.5 lbs =190.4
    Lethargy: none
    Strength: 10 out of 10 strength has shot way up on all my lifts.
    Mood: this product made me short tempered. Mostly controllable tho.
    Pump:9 out of 10
    acne: products has caused me to breakout a lil but for the gains I got it was worth it.

    Overall stenzine is amazing. I added 10.5 lbs of lean muscle with only 2 caps a day. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting an extra 10+ lbs of lean dry muscle within a month. My bench went from 280 to 320 max. Stenzine is a must try! Comparable to sd but without the lethargy.

    I wasn't planning on it due to going into a weaker ph (pbold) for another 6weeks. I wanna make sure I keep these gains.
