So I will be working out with a 5 day workout spilt with two body parts each session lasting around 40 min at the least but as much as 1 hour 10 minutes at the most.
I was thinking 30/30/30/40/40/40 and followed by pct for 3-4 weeks or buy ultrasten and stack for the last 4 followed by pct
Trenstane 30/30/30/40/40/40/40/40
Ultrasten 0/0/0/0/10/20/20/20/20
erase pro and pct caps 0/0/0/0/0/0/0/0/1/1/1/1

.. I have two bottles of erase pro so I will use that for pct with Trans Resveratrol too.
I will shoot for 4-5000 calories with week days bring mostly protein and fat and weekends being what ever I feel like.
I have plenty of leucine peptides and bcaa peptides I will be sipping on as well as modern bcaa+ for flavoring threw out the whole day.
My first contest is July 20, 2013
Culver City, CA
Los Angeles Bodybuilding, Figure, Physique and Bikini Championships *National Qualifier*
Second one is July 27 online
August 17, 2013
San Diego, CA
Pacific USA XIX Men's Bodybuilding, Figure, Physique and Bikini Championships *National Qualifier*
Is my third one.

Trenstane bridged into epi or stano would be a better option if your using these leading up and into your show

You would get even better battery life if you turned off bluetooth and gps while in the gym.
I get paid to go to the gym which requires GPS /wifi and 4g . It is not bad actually.

Adds up. The more days you commit to the more cash. All I know is I work out 5 days a week so to check in a app like Facebook is no more work for me then I already do.

True. I thought the max was $2.40, if you commit to seven days a week.

Officially week one of max hypertrophy. Cost me 100+ a month to do but I figured i get DVDs and all this stuff so can't really complain.

Yeah DJ would love an update..
So you get every month a free 90 min talk with Ben and that alone made it worth it, not to mention I'm automatically entered in there contest to transform over 1 year. So between mini logs and contests my 2013-2014 year is full already.

Right now my focus is on intentions so even lifting lightweights is very heavy for me. I'm starting fresh as if I've never worked out in my life. I can only imagine when I start the prohormone how much stronger I will be. I should put on some solid muscle. They recommend a lot of bcaA thew out the day. I mean a lot of it around your workout too. They also mention keeping around 40 minutes if possible. I will take a pictures from my sheet today. Today was pull exercises.
