    honestly i loved it but i love any infection/zombie movie. love seein the new age sprinting ones than the usual slow moving ones(no disrespect to Romero) and brad pitt snapped in this one. after so much rewriting and reshooting it, they got it right. and someone ****ed with our heads at the movies lol so i hit a few bowls like i always do before movies to enjoy more and during middle of the movie, the lights come back on in the theater and everyone is like wtf. so i get a little paranoid and im thinkin to myself holy **** are ther ****in zombies about to come in this theater?!?!? hahahah i no a little paranoia which rarely happens. for 10min till the lights came back on im thinkin find an exit and get ready. it was crazy but the movie was the ****.


    Currently in Cycle:
    hair is somewhat thinning a bit more, wont say shedding but def thinning
    scalp is also a little itchy lately
    lookin more dry lately liek veins lookin nice
    lookin more fuller also, not bloated but just full like my muscles look pumped
    not lethargic at all
    hunger isnt too crazy
    strength is def goin up
    up 3lbs so far


  2. My hair thins on cycle too but usually by the end of PCT it comes back.. Small price to pay to look swollen..

  4. Just keep your had shaved and bam problem solved. If it becomes a real issue though there are shampoos that will help.

  5. I did fina 2 or 3 years ago and it killed Libido but I think it did help thicken back up. Went in the hairless prevention thread and thinki. About pickin some generic soon and maybe just try rogaine. I mean my hair will fall out eventually, why not just give this stuff a shot.

    But anyway

    Day 5: shoulders, didn't really feel it today. Idk what it was but my pump wasnt there, my mood was kinda down, and just wasnt feelin it. Even skipped shrugs. Bills been piling up lately so that's probably it, kinda stressed. But my shoulders do look pretty nice now. Gotta throw in some new felt workouts, really gotta shape em but just got back from gym, protein shake is chugged down and about to max on this bird. Ill post workouts after meal

  8. Day 7: murdered the back yesterday and bumped to 20mg, wow big difference but scalp has been extremely itchy lately especially since yesterday but strength is def goin up. pumps are insane also. at work right now so will give more detail after

Day 8: Chest. hot dam how much i love 20mg, strength is just gettin higher and higher. im looking kinda bloated though, not sure if its sodium intake but face looks a little more round and belly isnt really shrinkin, really dont wanna cut calories at the moment since gainz are comin in so think ill toss in a little more cardio i guess. hair is less itchy today, mite have been stress cuz of some financial issues this weekend but think i got it handled but pickin up some rogain this weekend, i mean mite as well try it. ill post a pic of top of my head to show u what im workin with OH AND HAWKS WOONNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol was out celebratin last night with the city and dam was it wild

    oh and first day of skool tonight for me so no gym today but gonna be doin pull ups and push ups today at work to compensate

    Sometimes less is more.. I rather have a lower dose and run the cycle longer.. I feel it's easier for me to keep my gains in PCT..

  29. Day 11: dem shoulders. now this is what i called a workout, def needed a day like this. felt a lot more pumped and motivated at the gym, got in some extra workouts and strength increased again. really felt good today at the gym even felt some sort of euphoria feeling.

    NOTES:

    • at 174lbs so went down in weight but def looks like i put on more muscle


    • my stomach isnt goin away at all for some reason


    • dont look as bloated as the other day


    • scalp isnt itchy anymore but cant tell if thinning at the moment


    • joints are kickin in but not as bad as halo cycle would

    • omeone jacked my liv52 from gym bag so no liver support till next week paycheck but my piss is as clear as water lol strange cuz other PHs make it a little yellow and SD just makes it straight golden brown. this doesnt seem as toxic asd i though but i also havent drank any alcohol at all on this cycle surprisingly

    Dude that sucks that someone stole your stuff!!! Your lifts are looking strong, that's the great part about ultrastren it can be used for a bulk or recomp. all depends on the diet..
