    I actually followed his advice today as well. I warmed up with 135x12 deads, did 225x4, then loaded 315 for my PRx3, then I finished my working sets. So much smarter to get it that way. I was usually working up and trying the PR on the last set, which left me with less than ideal strength.

    Thanks Ken! I'd say the Androgenix and doing everything in drop sets and Tri sets has really helped me put on some lean muscle. I'm actually down 1 pound from when I started this 30 days ago but feel and look bigger than before!!

    Started the day training legs and got in 1 set of squats and tweaked my knee, so instead of being a puss and calling it a day decided to work bis/tris.

    Squats
    135x10x2 warm up
    225x4
    Not sure what I did wrong but my right knee really started hurting.

    Tri Set spider curls with ez bar + spider db + seated db curls. 4 sets of 10 each

    Standing cable curl drop sets
    (65x10 drop 57.5x10)x4

    Hammer Curls drop sets
    (35x10 drop 30x10)x4

    Vbar pushdowns superset with reverse grip pushdowns 4 sets of 10 each

    Seated tricep extensions
    60x10
    70x10
    75x10

    Dips (bw)
    20x3

    Ya those Tri sets get pretty intense but at this point I swear by them!! Knee feels pretty good today, not sure what was going on yesterday. Probably give it a week before trying legs again just to be safe. I haven't used wraps although I have given it some thought.

    Had to rush my training tonight so that my wife could get to work. Wanted to train chest and shoulders, but due to time constraints just went with chest.

    Incline Db Bench working the slow negatives again

    Incline Flys

    Quad Set 30 second rests Decline BB Bench + Cable Cross Lowest/Middle/Highest = 1 set
    4x10 per

    Pec Dec

    Weight Pre Training was 182 which is up 3 pounds. Starting to really feel like my bp has been running high again. Haven't checked it but I know the feeling. Upped my dose of Hawthorn Berry hoping that will help. Training back and shoulders tomorrow for the last time this cycle. Going to push for 530 on Rack Pulls!!!

    Priorities - you have them right. A. Wife gets to work & B. One musclegroup done well vs. 2 half-assed.

    Get your music loud & something motivating or angry. Only warm up the minimum you need to be safe & primed. Ask someone to slap you on the back right before you grab the bar. Any/all of these things help me on a PR attempt.

    Totally agree Hyde! I would rather work the hell out of one and go back tomorrow and kill the other. Plus I figure I do a lot of rear delt work on back days so might as well go that route
