Starting my first PH in a few weeks and I want to lose a few % bf and gain a bit of mass if possible.

Age 32
Height 5'7"
Weight 162lb
BF -14%

Planning on running

Helladrol 75/75/75/75/75/75
AI Cycle support

PCT is

Nolva 20/20/10/10
DAA 5g

I workout 2 days on, 1 day off. My maintenance is around 2650

I was thinking workout days +250 (2900)
Rest days -350 (2300)

What you guys think? Any advice or changes you would advise??

My main prority is to lose the fat down to 10-11% and I hear h-drol (helladrol) is ace for recomping.

I dont wanna do cardio really but will if you guys think its advisable.

Also, I was planning on eating c50/p30/f20 which would put my protein at well over 200.
