    I know a ton of it is water, but i swear im still looking dry as hell! I dont like that puffy look , and i dont feel like i have it! Im a keep eating like a beast! Make the most out these gains!

    HEY MOFOS DADDY IS BACK!!! TUESDAY WAS LEG DAY AND THE HIGHLIGHT LIFTS WERE SQUATS!!! Drop SETS BABY YEAH!!
    Squts were 275 x 9 ss to 225x6 x 3 sets total! then I hit up the the hack squat machine and some other various machines! Wednesday was a rest day and today was back day!
    high light lifts were my deads! hit a new pr 405 x 9 reps for 1 set!
    The androgeddon is kickin in nice ! love looking super vascular and swole 24/7!!! Keep killin It!!

    What is it like 2.7 grams of water per gram of glycogen? Or I might have it backwards

    Yeah I'm pretty sure of that. It'd b cool there was a way we could pinpoint exactly how many carbs to eat without getting bloated. Perfect glycogen storage.

    Just read the entire thread from the beginning, seems like you've made some KILLER gains in both size and strength man! Stuff seems to be treating you very well. Things like this that make me wish I was old enough and experienced enough to run a PH but I've got a couple years at least.

    I'll be following along, and good luck man, may chime in a few more times, haha

    no problem brother! I appreciate it! All in all Im up a good solid 12lbs! not to bad! And my strength gains are deffinantly going up as well as my endurance! Im gonna start taking more pics , because im just changing so fast! After Im done with this Im going to bridge into xcel nutrition reaper! to stupid shredded! tried to up load the label , but this site has there dimensions set to 800x800 only and i dont know how to resize this piece of shizzzz.

    Felt really good in the gym today! One thing I have noticed is I been going so hard that after my workouts Im getting nauseated .
    After I get to the house and get some carbs in me I feel a lot better! Wrecked Delts today!

    HERES A PICK AFTER MY WORK OUT TODAY .. SITTIN AT 217LBS..
    Most dread Monday! I actually cant wait! Chest and Bicep day!! LOOKING HUGE AND LIFTING HUGE! My two favorite things! Had a long weekend , with fathers day and all! Drank some beers , woke up bloated and holding water... but I still lifted like a beast come this afternoon when I finally made it to the gym... This has been a really pleasant ride thus far . I have really enjoyed all the strength gains as well as the physical growth! I'm really surprised how pleasant I am on Androgeddon!


    So I dosed some prodigy by pni which is a really good pre workout that I like and I been dosing about 6-9 grams of citruline malate by serious nutrition solutions , as well as 1grm of agmatine serious nutrition solution as well. Love both companies.. they source their ingredients well and really care about their customers! Also , I been using organ shield by purus , another kick as company , with some very knowledgeable reps!

    Ok so now that I know the winner of the voice of can go ahead and enter my deets for today! Seriously taxing leg session today! Took 10g of taurine with 6 grams of citruline malate by serious nutrition solutions 1gram of agmatine by Sns as well. Pwo was prodigy by pni! Really getting addicted to this one!
    Had some mean ****s before work out. Who knows what caused it? Burned though... Haha..

    Started my workout with some leg extensions. Had to wait on the power rack, no big deal. Did body weight squats and got some good stretching, which I neglect often. Weight felt stupid light. Started with 275lbs decided to go heavier and stacked 6 plates (315lbs). Hit 3 beautiful ass to grassss sets with 8 reps each set! Got a light spot on the last set just to work Dem quads a little bit ! After that I felt like hitting some 1 legged leg press 3 sets 8 reps 6 wheels total. I really like the 1 legged leg press.. Intensity really goes up and I think it helps with symmetry. Hit 8 plates total on the hack squats machine except I hit in reverse.. Love the rom and the extra quad isolation.. Really good pumps in my quads... Next I did hammys. Thinking about splitting this day though. I'm Dead after quad work.. Anyway I. Did a bunch of leg curls then some stiff leg deads 3 sets of 8 with 135 nice and slow!.. Sorry about the log format tonight.. Not on my pc.. Entered from my phone! Later bros!

    Ok Ok Ok !!! Time for todays update! Yesterday was my off day, which always sucks! Its ok though I had a ton of **** to do! I had to take a stupid ass driver safety course in the neighboring county . That means I missed the most epic hockey game ever , because the class was from six to ten pm. Ughhh... that also meant my macros were screwed ... Also , I have a nasty confession.. after this class I was so freaking hungry I stopped at MC donalds...smashed a 20 piece with fries and a couple hamburgers.. First time I have been here in sooooo many years and my body payed the price and so did my lifts... All day today Ive had the squirts.. smh.. so after I got done with all my daily b.s. for today I got a late start to the gym.. when I got there I didnt have much want too to be in there today. Any how I swoldier on and got my work done. After about thirty mins. I got my pace and by the time I got to my rack pulls I found my groove . I was still pissed that it took me so long to get there though..

    Well , this weekend rounds out my last few whole doses of androgeddon . I have had a really good time running this ! I'll be bridging into reaper by xcel nutrition So this will be my final entry on this log , besides a link to the xcel log I plan on doing for ****s and giggs.Started at 197 ending at 216lbs . Even looking a little leaner , but to be fair I focused really well on my diet this go around . It can be hard for me to hit all my macros in the summer months , just because I am so active outside with my kids and what not. Thank you to everyone that followed me on this run!
