I have run very light pro-hormones in the past, non-methly, to test and see if I can follow proper diet and training...I can.
After lots of research and reading here is what I plan on running
Organ shield 3 hours 50mg of P-mag
milk thistle 3 hours after 50mg of P-mag
*Taurine on hand in case "pumps" become a problem, I had sever pumps on 1-andro/4-andro.
(p-mag is pretty much h-drol, just slightly better bulker, and tends to work faster)
I am going to have ERASE on-hand incase gyno starts to occur, or should I just run it for 3 weeks in my PCT?
