41 yo female. 10 years ago I was 135 lbs and 19% body fat. I had a rough late in life pregnancy and realized after 2 years that losing weight isn't as easy as it used to be. I have clenbuterol 20/BP, I am confused on how to begin this cycle as a women. I have used suppliments before and drink C4 when I work out. This cycle is my quick start.
