    Pinned 3ml in right quad

    Off day for the gym for me. My shoulder was bothering me and I could really tell my body needed a rest. Utilized my off day to hang out with my youngest boy all day. Actually so much so that I only got about 3 hours of sleep before going in for work.

    Hit arms/abs today and man was I on. Hit moderately high rep work and the pump that's as painfully good. Can't really judge strength because nothing I did was strength based but I was very pleased with the session I had while just running on 3 hours sleep. Alphamine/agmatine was my pre and it was a perfect combo for me today.

    3rd shifter that spent too much time hanging with the family and getting stuff done around the place. I also had a lot on my mind from completely unrelated sources. Not really experiencing any sides besides back pumps, pip and a few pimples here and there. This cycle is going incredibly smooth so far. Feel like a king all day and very alpha in the gym.

    Can't tell from first hand experience but I can imagine how time would fly enjoying the day with your kids. I bet it was worth every minute.

    Awesome that you had some extra time with your kiddo. I got to go to lunch with my daughter at her school yesterday after her Dr appointment. SHe loved that. I had stuff to do but when she realized it was 5 minutes until lunch time when I dropped her off she lit up so happy that she could sit at the visitor table with me to eat. No way I was passing that up, so I told her I had to leave then went back into the office and got a visitor badge to surprise her. Was an awesome Daddy - Daughter moment so I know exactly what you mean about it being worth it even when things are pending.

    Family time is the best brother. I've had an incredible time these last few weeks while my youngest has been here. He goes back tomorrow so I'll have much more time for gym and the rest of my normal routine.

    Day 28

    Weight 181.5 (+7)

    Pinned 2.5 ml of the cocktail yesterday morning. I have been rotating 4 spots now to relieve some of the pip I was experiencing. I've also finished off the test P so it freed me up some room for proper dosing. Hopefully allowing me to pin just 4 pins a week where right now I've been pinning 5-6 days. Haven't minded it much just so much oil is a pain. I was pinning anywhere from 15-18 MLs a week which adds up for sure.

    Took my son home yesterday so my diet and gym schedule will be much better now. I had a blast with my son for these past three weeks so it was incredibly difficult to drop him off. Will be hitting chest around 9am this morning so will update then. I'm expecting today to be insane because the e should be kicking in fully.

    The pinning daily helps me get over the nerves of the process. I have had quite a few sketchy pins being I'm doing it so often though. Hey man I appreciate the props. I'm a family man to the core. I had a dead beat father and promised myself I would not be my dad. Trying to kill it in here but I'm just not feeling that boost quite yet of being fully on.

    Hit chest/tris after work. Felt great energy but wasn't exactly feeling full beast mode. I did hit 300 on flat for 1 clean rep and 4 plates on wide hammer press for 3 which was a big pr for me. Hit abs and cardio pretty hard following my workout. I haven't mentioned much but I'm struggling with my right shoulder near my collar bone. Started about 2 weeks ago and just keeps nagging me. I've never had shoulder pain before but man after my flat bench press I really feel rough.

    Weight 182.7 +8.2

    Absolutely killed it today. Felt incredible at the gym but I did get myself a bit stimmed out so I was sweating out of control and felt a bit dizzy after leg presses. Hit legs and felt so good after I threw in biceps. Veins in my arms were popping and my legs looked thick.

    Used a last minute vaca day for tonight so now I'm going shopping and to dinner with the wife and my step son. Should be a nice relaxing night off work.

    Flawless pin of 2.5ml to right quad. I usually pin while seated but today I sat legs out on the floor and it was so much easier and less sketchy. No pain and just a drop of blood. My new weekly dosages are:

    Test e 600
    NPP 400
    Mast p 400

    Finishing off the test p really helped me get my dosages more even and consistent.

    Weight 181 +6.5

    Cleaned up the diet a bit and it really showed today. I hit shoulders with triceps and really felt good. My shoulder was holding up good but I kept the weight pretty low to keep from aggravating it. Had a great day in the gym and hit abs pretty hard today. The leaning that is happening right now is showing me that diet is definitely key to being shredded. I did start 5aohp the other day so that will be in the equation now.
