  1. Day 10

    Weight 180.2 +5.7

    Killed it today. Hit 80 for 9 on dumbbell military press which is a pr by a rep. Last week I only got 70 for 8. Overall workout was good. Diet wasn't as tight over the weekend as throughout the week but I like the added weight on the weigh in. Next few days will be much lower on carb intake.

  11. Day 11

    Weight 177.6 +3.1

    Hit arms and calfs today with cardio and abs to cap the workout. Felt good but I really let the weight loss get to me. I ate pretty solid all yesterday with moderate carbs and still dropped a few pounds. Pump wasn't quite as good as yesterday but I was happy with my strength.

    I did want to touch on the pin on day 9. This was the most painful and frustrating pin I've had. I hit right quad which I tend to over do. It was my third pin there this cycle and I should have picked somewhere else. I'm still using the 1 inch 22 gauge needles and man are they thick. I pulled 3 ml swapped needles and pinned with no hesitation. I hit about the same spot I did on day 1 pin and there must have been too much oil left in that area. Right off the bat it was painful. Went about 3/4 an inch in and it became extremely painful so I stopped thought about it and went ahead and aspirated. I didn't want to go through the hassle of repinning and swapping needles. Started to push and it killed the entire time. I got to about .5 ml left and almost had to pull out. Gave 1 last push and pulled the needle out with still .25ml left in the syringe. Cut my loses and was just happy with what I did get done. The pip there is by far the worst I've had all cycle.

    Just wanted to add that in as it really sucked!

    I promise you it's not as sketchy as it seems. Tris have almost no pip what so ever and you do get a bit of sight enhancement. With 3mls of gear split 1ml per tri and a half in each bi first. I promise it's way easier and less painful than you'd think. Hell... I'm 5 weeks in I've pinned one quad and one glute. The rest have been delts biceps and triceps.

    Honestly the best way to go is pin each area as few times as possible my delts are getting a little sore from putting pins in pretty frequently.

    One more thought towards pinning bis and tris- 29g slin pin slides in like butter and pushes as fast as a 23ga.

  17. Another spot you can hit is lats. I've heard that's pretty smooth. Haven't been there my self yet though. Maybe I'll get em Friday and let you know. I find the less fluid the better. 3mls ****ing sucks bro. Lol

    That's my issue! When I finish this vial of P it will be so much easier. Loading that bad boy with 3mls 6 days out of 9 really smoked me! No wonder I was up 5 lbs! Lmao!

    Pinned left quad. Used the 1 inch 22g again and again suffered. I don't think I'll be using those needles to pin again. I love that they are 1 inch instead of 1.5 but it isn't worth it. It is hard to even puncture with them and kills through the whole process. Might be a bad brand or something I'm not sure but I'm done with em haha!

    Estrogen is in the pits. I started letro eod along with the exem and Nolva daily. I think I'll quit the letro and keep the exem eod. Libido was trashed today and lethargy was strong. Balls felt like they were in my stomach. I hate the loss of libido because my last cycle my libido was insanely strong from start to end of pct.

    Exems half life is like 8 hrs. Needs to be dosed ed. I had huge e2 issues last cycle. Absolutely zero now.
