Cycle is going great. I swear week 10 has been my best so far. Mood, libido, lifts, stamina, recovery are all just absolutely amazing.
5-weeks left until last shot.
I am in my mid 30s and between my competition experience and dieting naturally for shows, and all the workout programs I have gone thru this cycle feels like I am stepping into a new phase of my bodybuilding.
People meet me and are blown away at my age, they think mid/late 20s. Lol
Then again I dont drink much, havent in years, and get 7-8 hrs of sleep everynight.
Keep lifting and eating. Track your food. Try eating-4/4500 cals for 12-weeks. It really works. Keep it as clean as possible, and yes you will gain fat, but also good hard muscle.
Yams, oats, basmati rice, bulgur, ezekiel bread - oats are your best friend.
Tuna steaks, chicken, flank steak, top round, egg whites
Broc, spinach, asparagaus, chard, arugula, bok joy

Preworkout meal, use a coffee grinder and grind 2-cups oats, and add 2scoops protein powder and suck it down.
That is 108-grams carbs+40 grams protein
Close to 600 cals.
Plenty of fuel for lifting.

Honestly think my test might have been underdosed. Cause now I am up to 275-300mg per injection and finally feel like I am on sht. LOL
Started this dosage about 2-weeks ago.
Funny I am at week 11 and really just now feel like I am in the groove.
Oh well, time to give body a break from the drugs soon enough.
Another interesting note, I am eating around 4400 cals and not gaining, but getting even leaner and stronger. Not complaining, just interesting.
Hovering between 213-215 depends on day. I started this at 197ish.

Weighed in at 213 today, this is crazy cause I am eating over 4k in cals daily. I seem to just get leaner and keep weight between 212-214.
If I ever compete again, I am going to be retarded shredded and looking full as sht at the same time.
