Halodrol (H-Drol) methylated for cutting/recomping or bulking and is mild enough to be stacked with other non-methylated compounds
Max LMG wet bulker good with Hdrol, and 1 -androsterone FINAFLEX non methylated good stacker added benefit.
running bulk diet then becomes cut later on cutting diet
protein shakes, fish oil, multi vitamins, optimim promax gainer for bulking
What do I eat/not eat? Glad U asked...
I eat a sensible diet no fast food or fried food, low cholesterol, high protein. High fiber, heart healthy, good fats, olive oil, low in wheat no donuts or candy. and i like Chips Ahoy(which I absolutely DO NOT eat) or an occasional CLIFF BAR>Not much restaurant food, lots of chicken breast pork beef steaks eggs and peanut butter.Sometimes corn nuts(without the MSG)walnuts, peanuts and an occasinal filbert. No ice cream, but lots of milk (1/2 gal a day of 1%), cottage cheese, GREEK Yogurt(no homo) butter on a stick(no homo). NO CHILI DOGS, BRATWURST, COCO PUFFS or DINTY MOORE BEEF STEW>i am however partial to an occasional lemon sherbet WITH NO WHIPPED CREAM! No canned soups artificial flavors colors additives preservatives sulfites sulfates NO High Fructose Corn Syrup. No Alcohol. No soda. No MArtini & Rossi on the rock s.No canned fruit or Cher Boyardee stuff. No Ramen noodles Pizza or chicken wings. No gravy bisquits chitlins or hog jowlsor fried pork skin or doritos twinkies cheetos or snack pak puddings. YeS I eat avocadoes, everything bagels(dry), bananas mango and pnut butter shakes, Salmon with Yams and that Quinoa stuff ( which incidentally Is not a grain, it's a seed)I eat a TON of raw spinach carrots ruta begas and salads with no salad dressing, but maybe a few garlic roasted croutons on the top.

Great to have you on board SinX. Yesterday and today rest days and today was official "OFF STIMS DAY". well, except for the 20 mg green coffe bean cap at breakfast. Started cycle yesterday with 320 mg 1-Andro & 50 mg MAX LMG. Will ramp up in a few days just looking for sides now and loading up for higher doses later. Will be lifting 4-5 days a week; periodization so weight increase each week as reps dercrease, Last week was 12-15 reps per exercise and rest-pause tacked on to last set. This week will be 9-11 reps with a rest-pause tacked on to last set. Will try to get pics up this week.

Probably makes way more sense to tack a week on the end which would make a 6 week HDROL run, with 3 of the weeks combining the MAX LMG. We'll see how things are going and decide that later on. I will definitely have the HDROL on hand. The intention here is to bulk up for a few weeks and then lean out the water gains. i hope this approach will allow me to put on 10-12 lbs lean mass. I will be regulating diet accordingly, but will appreciate suggestions along the way. considering at week 5 dropping the 1-ANDRO and switching over to 11-OXO for weeks 5/6/7/8. 60 capsules of 1 -ANDRO is 4 weeks + 2 days, so on day 31 switch to 11-OXO. These are mostly milder PH but I don't want to do anything TOO careless. Let me know if my mad professor side gets too nuts.

This is still a work in progress Today is day 3 -MAX LMG 75 mg , 320mg 1-ANDRO. it will take some experimentation to find the sweet spot here and I'm taking into account that stacking I would try to stay below the threshhold of the stand alone dosages which is 600-800mg for 1-ANDRO and 100mg for MAX LMG.The sweet spot would be getting the desired effects with minimal sides. I hope the 1-ANDRO is effective at 320mg although that is very much at the lowest end of dosage scale. May need to up that soon.

well, of course 19.3% is high for a fitness level physique and probably completely unacceptable for almost all professional athletes: so don't try to group me into that category.

Ok so the FINAFLEX bottle says:
The Bergamottin is a kind of anabolic amplifier which might be why this is a good stacking compound.I don't feel anything yet...but 1-ANDRO is recommended 45-60 days so i might not feel much until I get into week 3, which is when I will add in the HDROL and so week 4 I expect to be pUMPED like Columbo.
When I specify dosage of 480mg, I guess that means I have only 330mg 1-Andro, so If I take 5 of these I would be at 550mg?
Something tells me I need to kick it up to 550 for a few days and then see where I'm at.AT 550mg that would actually be 5 pills which at 160mg per capsule would total 800mg which is a good range if running this compound solo, but the whole impetus here is to set the stage and work up to the Hdrol, but there's no sense in underdosing for first 2 weeks otherwise why even do it. RIGHT??
Today is day #6 I took 480mg 1-Andro and 75 mg MAX LMG and feel nothing yet. well okay, maybe a slight increase in muscle hardness and slight strength increase but nothing close to a beast unleashed. Feeling some lethargy but stopping stims and starting 1 -Andro at the same time there HAS to be some blah feeling.
Moving up to 640mg tommorow which will be 4 caps, 440mg & keep the MAX LMG at 75 for one more day. I guess it's best to ramp up considering I have not dosed these compouns before but seriously after all the epi I took I doubt I can get sides anywhere near the epi sides.

Starting to feel some results now on day 10. Lethargy is lessening. Vascularity increasing. Great energy for back,tri's, cardio today. Definitely had that "on" feeling at the gym. I'm pretty sure the PH has completely healed the stress and muscle spams in left hamstring(also I have developed a good ham routine and some great stretches which have helped.)
Currently at 100mg LMG and 640mg 1-Andro. Plan to start Halodrol in next couple days so I will scale back the other 2 as I start H-Drol at 50mg. No sides to speak of yet. Taking Taurine so no back pumps. No acne. Managed to consume 3700 calories a day over weekend and got my tub of weight gainer TRUE MASS: 16oz (2 Cups)2% milk-1 banana-3 scoops true mass rings up 1200 calories so that will BOOST nutrients,protein,carbs, fat to keep me in target zone of caloric surplus. Weighed in at 181 today with est BF the same at 19.3% so that shows a 2 lb gain in first week of heavy eating.plan to eat heavily this week and next then see where I'm at after week 3 ends. At this rate I could easily gain 6 lbs in 3 weeks and that's a good pace. we'll see...
Strength was very good at gym and I can sense it will really increase in next couple weeks.
