Trying to get nice and ripped up for the summer.. Of course I say this every summer and end up just bulking or recomping. Going into this I have some elbow tendonitis so Im hoping to heal a little with the IGF-1 and not cause more damage. So heres the idea/layout: for some reason it not allowing me to hit enter and scroll down for a new paragraph (anyone?)?! so its going to be difficult to read if I type it out in sentences. can someone help me here??
