Recomping with m-sten rx and e-pi 2a 3a!

  1. Cool Recomping with m-sten rx and e-pi 2a 3a!


    Ordered my goodies today and my stack will be as follows:
    Iron mags labs m-sten rx 20/20/20/20
    Vita labs Epi 2A3A 20/30/40/40
    CEL Cycle Assist
    Fish oil
    creatine monohydrate

    PCT:
    Nolva
    E-control
    anabeta
    creatine monohydrate

    I am currently 6'0 196 and sitting at about 14-16 % BF I am looking to recomp while maybe adding a few pounds of solid muscle. I will be eating approximately 3500 calories and 200 grams of protein ED. I will be eating as clean as possible. Cycle Begins as soon as my products arrive!

  2. So in on this! Looking to run this identical cycle (plus stano) in a few weeks. Kill it bro!

    What's your maint cals you think? I'm guessing around 3200-3300?

    Edit: have you considered running Epi for 6 weeks?

    Thanks bro and yes, depending on when my tax return comes in I may be running both the m-sten and epi for 6 weeks, broke college life ftl lol

  5. Day one: Weight was at 193.0 this morning after i woke up and took a piss.
    dosing: am msten 10 epi 20
    pm msten 10 epi 20

    Today I did shoulders workout looked like this:

    Seated DB shoulder press 60'sx10 70'sx6 70'sx6 65x8 60's x 8
    DB shrugs 75's x12 x4 (I go to planet fitness and 75 is the highest DB.)
    Machine overhead press 150x10 x3 120x10 120x7
    Machine lateral raise 130x8 115x10x3
    Machine shoulder press 210x10 210x7 180x10 180x8 (Do not be fooled for some reason this is the easiest machine ever.)

    Overall I had a pretty good session, looking forward to whats to come. Nothing to report as of yet

    limited free weights in my **** hole gym, didnt feel like wait on the squat rack to do shrugs, i also usually do military press. Just had a lazy workout i guess

    I wouldn't really say "lazy". Machines have their place just not for the bulk of your workout IMO

    Care to lay out your general routine?

    Day 3 (took an off day yesterday)

    Weight is at 195.0
    I did chest tonight:
    Flat bench 185x10 225x8 245x5 225x5 225x5 205 x7
    Incline bench 185x6 185x5 155x10 155x10 135x12
    DB flys 35'sx10 45's x10 x3
    Dips bodyweight +25lbs 10,10,8,7,12(with out the 25lbs for the last set.)
    Smith machine decline bench 225x10 225x10 225x7 225x7

    had a good workout tonight weight seems to be up a couple pounds already.

  11. I did not think anyone was following .. I will keep you updated from now on. Today was day 17 I did a chest only workout tonight. my weight is at 200.6 = up 8.6 pounds from day one. I am hitting PRs on every workout. No sides as of yet, I am feeling great. Libido is through the roof (morning wood every morning). Haha

    flat bench:
    185x10
    225x7
    245x5
    285 x3 (pr)
    225x6
    225x5
    185x9

    Incline bench:
    205x5
    205x2
    185x5
    185x5
    155x11

    Incline dumbbell flies:
    45'sx10 x4

    dips bodyweight +25lbs

  14. Day 22 I have decided to extend my cycle to 6 weeks mwhahaha. Now that I have followers I will keep it current, or atleast try. Tonight was shoulders.
    seated db shoulders press: 70'S X12 75's x 11 (pr no spotter and full range of motion) 75'sx9 75's x6 70's x8
    barbell shrugs: 225x10 245x10 245x9 235x10
    seated barbell shoulder press 155 x10 x3 (smith machine)
    laterall raise: 130x7 115x10 115x10 115x10

    the cycle is going well weight is at 198.0 today, I am up about 6 pounds and MUCH leaner I can see some abs again finally i will get pics up in a sec. No sides to note so far and I am feeling great

  16. Trying to eat clean with about 200g protein and 150g carbs ed But i think for the last two weeks i will be eating under maintenance to get my abs to pop

    Nice. I think that'll be my approach as well when I start this stack in a week. Something like +500 on lift days and -500 on off days
