I'm 32 weighing in at 187lbs 6' tall. And looking to start my first cycle but not sure really what to do. Any info would be appreciated thanks
no offense but thats pretty small for that height. bulk up naturally first before cycling
I'm looking for help not what you think about my size. I've only bin lifting since I was thirty. So I think my size is good just want to add a little more muscle on. But all so not looking to go crazie. Just want a little more size.
