aiight, here it is guys. My 1st cycle is here and it is time to do this. First off let me preface this by saying that I joined AM just under a year ago and was almost one of those "1st cycle please help" guys. But I read and read some more and noticed I needed to wait. Well I have learned alot and I am ready to give this a go. I have lost alot of weight and BF over the last year and am glad I waited. I am in a better place to see more from this cycle now. I owe a tremendous amount to too many people here on AM. I have met lots of awesome people and even made some friends. Ok enough mushy stuff....

goals:
With this cycle lean mass is a given, but my overall goal is to gain about 10lbs while losing BF%. 205 to 210lbs at around 12% would be ideal.
workouts and diet:
I am doing GVT right now with a little change to fit my schedule. I am following a carb cycling protocol right now.
