    Hey all, first cycle log on AM so I'm sure there will be some growing pains!

    Currently 206ish lbs in the morning, AT LEAST 15% bf since can't see abs but who knows. Will post current pics if I can figure out how to size em to fit. Mainly powerlifting currently so increasing strength is #1 priority. Looking for power, vascularity/fullness (who doesn't like a good pump?), and to look either bigger or better at end of cycle. Really don't want to add much bf so weight may not increase much on this run.

    The cycle (split over 2 doses daily):
    GS Supernova C2 (2 caps ed wk 1-4, 30mg ed total)
    Finaflex 1-Alpha (3 caps ed wk 1, 4 caps wk 2-7, 5 caps wk 8)
    AMS 4AD (2 tabs ed wk 1-4, 4 tabs wk 5-8)
    AMS DecaSarm (2 tabs ed wk 5-8)

    Support is TUDCA, Talos, Super Cycle (for 2nd half and pct), Liv52, Omega 3/6/9, Multi, Glucosamine/Chondroiton, Bulk Cissus, L-Carnitine, D3, Vit C, B6, Taurine, B Complex, Hawthorne Berry, Prolactrone, Formasurge, yadda yadda.

    Pct is:
    Clomid 50/50/50/50 (may change, I don't like more than 50mg side-wise but will start with more if feeling really shutdown)
    ReBoot for 4wks (3g DAA, Arimistane, Cort Control)
    Bulk DAA @ 3g after Reboot is finished for another 2-4wks
    Revolution PCT for wk 5 (50mg arimistane per 1 cap, 1 cap ed)
    Erase for wk 6 (1 25mg cap ed)
    Testopro
    Glycobol
    Creatine Mono 10g ed

    Diet is clean most of the time, several cheat meals for sure weekly. 93 ground beef, ground turkey, chicken breast, steak, tuna, lean turkey sausage, eggs, egg substitute, quick or steel cut oats, brown rice, yams, waxy maize, natty pbutter, cashews, almonds, pistachios, coconut oil, 2% milk, cottage cheese, greek yogurt (sweet & unsweet), cheese as I please. 2-3 shakes a day of different speed proteins depending on situation. Besides cheat meals almost everything I might eat is listed here so won't be logging diet.

    Squat: 425lbs Bench: 275lbs Deadlift (conventional): 505lbs for a 1205lb GYM total. These are all done through full competition range of motion but bench is only touch and go (no bouncing tho) and dead is probably hitched but never strapped. Lifts in a meet would be lighter.
    Lifting 4-5 days a week, usually rotating between heavy upper body, heavy lower, dynamic upper and dynamic lower. If I don't improve on the big 3 lifts in 8wks then I'm doing it wrong.

    Was pondering this as well to get it rolling faster. May do so since I haven't hit the second dose yet this evening!

    Glad to have everybody up in here for the motivation! I know there's not been a lot of logging on cyano so guess it's time for Dr. Jekyl to see if he can wake up Mr. Hyde or if this stuff's just sdrol's red-headed stepchild.

    Day 1


    Morning weight:204.4lbs, after bfast/hydration 208.5lbs haha

    Alright woke up feeling really fresh after only 8hrs of sleep, thought for sure I'd need to catch up more. Very positive mood from the start; made a great bfast (4 scrambled eggs w/ cheese and 1 cup cooked oats w/ some milk, natty pb and coconut oil) and lots of water before the supps. Been using lots of caffeine and preworkout lately so really strange to not feel the need to hit any before the gym, had a single scoop of Juggernaut (usually use 2.5 easy) and 1g agmatine preworkout. Felt great before the hormones even so hard to say if today's lift is just placebo but felt absolutely ready to rock this morning and still do.

    Dynamic Upper Day

    Standing strict press 115x2x11, 125x1x9, 135x1x6

    Pecdeck Flys who knows, lots of volume over 5 sets just feeling the muscle out

    There would have been a lot more rowing work but I'm working around a nagging pain in left rear delt or tri maybe even; I'm just listening to it and every row (besides tbar) and all tricep pressing was out the window. No difference in strength but I am 100% sure I spent less time between sets to get the same weights as usual. Prob just good sleep and diet with a good attitude, but I'd take that anyday!

    I never measure all of my calories since I don't have a food scale and don't really care anyway; I try to keep my diet where it seems to be maintenance and then bump or cut calories and play with carbs to adjust. I think I usually get this 'Time to Grow' mentality when I go on though and bring in too much too fast, so hoping to avoid that this time around. I can't flex fat.

    No sir; intentionally avoided the IML for this reason since I also have no exp w/ DMZ (have a couple bottles of LGI DMZ picked up cheap during the sdrol ban) but wanted to see what Cyano can do first as the lone methyl steroid here. I am expecting pretty rough lethargy from the 1-Alpha (Alpha Mass about killed me at 6 caps a day) and 4AD makes me feel more 'on' and provides courtesy boners randomly, so the cyanostane is the only real variable.

    Using Galaxy Supplements Supernova C2; it was the only company a quick search could find that offered a standalone cyano product at 15mg caps. GE Pharma had some old stuff still available that's marketed as a PCT natty tbooster with 10mg/serving and some ATD and tribulus... pitty the fool who loads that into a pct expecting to recover, but people should read the ingredients too. Everything else is cyano included in a triple or quad methyl stack. Actually paid like 7 bux more to use GS without the dmz over IML's with it, so the IML is a good value in my book.

    I ran into lethargy with 1-Alpha abiut a week in but it disappeared after a few days. It also is still giving me courtesy boners, 3 weeks in. I've a nice rash of bacne as well. It's legit.

    Hunger is already up some, for sure. Thought it was in my head yesterday but noticing it today as well. Woke with a dull headache, stayed with me for 2-3 hrs. Realized when I hit the gym I had a strong androflush 2 hrs after dosing before evening beginning my workout; 4 and 1dhea haven't given me this in the past so safe to say there's def something steroidal in those Supernova pills

    Intended to squat today but changed gears and decided max effort rack pulls were on the menu. Today these were pulled from just below the bottom of knee, bar is probably 18-19" max from floor.

    18" Rackpulls 135x8, 225x8, 315x5, 405x2 (grip slipped, time for chalk!), 455x1, 495x1, 545xBOMB
    Backsquat 135x10, 225x8, 315x5, 315x5 paused off highbox, 225x12.
    Lower back-supported stiff leg raises 18, 16, 14 reps
    A couple light sets of hamstring curls

    Almost every time I've ever done max effort rack pulls they leave me so dead I just leave after. I was DOA at the squat rack and just had absolutely no strength to move any reasonable weight for myself (hence the highbox just for a 2nd set of 315x5). Today wiped me out hard, prob just do biceps tomorrow (biceps are what I do on off days since I consider them icing but hate taking full offdays. Plus biceprections are sweet).

    495 with this stiff bar and height is technically a PR, last time I pulled it in August was last day of Epi and I was using a true deadlift bar at another gym that you pull 3 inches of slack out of before it even budges. Pulled 495 last wk from floor tho so I knew I had more. 545 came off the rack, past knees and more than halfway up my quad! Just couldn't lock out the last 2-3inches, I was pissed. I did 585 from above the knees 3 wks ago so this kinda let me down.

    My lethargy lasted 3wks out of 7 last time. Feeling sluggish today so prob the Fina. Running 4caps ed throughout now. Gotta pick up some good acne scrub, it should give me wild bacne before long here too.

    Seems like my shoulder veins are more obvious today too btw; hard to say.

    The Talos is good for 300mg daily, which is more than I've ever used even. Kinda worries me the headaches kickin in so fast since I know CoQ10 really does make a big difference for me already, but they're not bad.

    Alright question for all the Finaflex meatheads up in here:

    Would it be fair to say that there's at least as much active 1dhea coming out of 4 caps of 1-Alpha as 6 caps of FRL's Alpha Mass?

    Day 3


    Today was an active rest day; just pumped some biceps and that was it since I worked core yesterday. Literally every single cardio machine is and stays full Mon-Wed right now at my cattle-car chain gym.

    I am definitely coming 'On' already. Veins are becoming more apparent, had more energy (and a tad euphoric) all day, hunger is up, and I had to force myself to leave after crushing biceps. Endurance is showing up fast. I know it sure ain't the 1 & 4dhea yet (although NO lethargy or acne yet, score); so gotta be the cyanostane. No headaches at all today.

    Close Grip EZ bar 40x8, 60x8, 80x8, 90x11, 100x9, 110x5 (Big-time PR's on last 2 sets!!!)
    Alternating Standing Dumbbell Curl (each arm) 40x12, 45x9, 50x6 dropped to 40x5 dropped to 30x8
    Preacher Curl EZ bar 25(lbs added per side)x11, 30x8, 30x7, 25x8 (TUT really emphasized here)
    Cable Concenctration Curls (where you look like you're punching yourself in the head) 20x12, 25x10, 30x8 dropped to 20x12
    Straight bar cable curl for a burnout pump

    I was stronger today with less rest than ever on biceps, no question. I've never done the 100 ez bar for more than 6 reps. 110 for like 2. My biceps NEVER seem to grow or strengthen, so I'm $h@ting in tall cotton right about now.
