Glad you finally feel confident with the nipple situation. They can get consuming, then you end up rubbing them or feeling on them squeezing for bumps and then that worsens how sensitive they are. Makes us think we are getting worse. Leave them be for a few days while giving the RC's a chance to do their thing and you will b fine I am sure.

They already seem like they may be a bit better. For sure no worse today; the last few days it seemed a bit worse or more sensitive each day. I took that exeme at 4:30pm yesterday and kept waking up all night/had trouble sleeping. But woke very refreshed so no worries. I felt kinda weird all evening too but I assume that was the prami taken at 8? Idk, idc, I'm gonna ride this thing thru unless something crazy happens.

Prami makes it hard for me to sleep, gives me chills, and makes my legs feel twitchy. But yeah I'd imaging ur nipps will get better fast. From what I've read it really wasn't that bad. It just had the potential to get bad. The first time I ran tren I got gyno the size if a nickel in both nipps. That was terrifying. Lectro at 2.5mg for 2 weeks cleared it up. (After I was off the tren) now I run prami on the front end.

No just tren, I had no problem with deca till I threw in some M1T. So I just started using prami like 11 weeks in to this blast. But normally just tren. That stuff goes straight for my nips. I'm going to try trt test dose with tren next time see if things go better

Actually it was def the prami then, had all your sides Chris except the legs. Took it after gym again yesterday but went out for a late night driving some friends and felt fine all evening and slept like a baby. .5mg def isn't a prob for me, will prob bump to .3-.35ml tmr from the 2mgxml bottle. I'd worry it's bunk except the sleeping issues you described.

This is yesterday's workout. Was just tired after work. Not lethargic, just didn't get enough sleep after the first night with Prami. Almost skipped my workout for a nap since I was on a time crunch anyway. I downed a sample of VPX NO Shotgun (love the profile) I got with my Alpha20 yesterday (presale baby!) and sat on the couch for a sec and nearly fell asleep still. After a good slap to the face and a few yeah buddys I got out the door to load some weight on my shoulders.
Bb Backsquat 135x10, 225x5, 315x5, 370x3, 390x3, 405x3 (PR, this was awesome for me)
Leg Extensions superset w/ Lying Leg Curl 150x12 & 90x12, 190x12 & 110x12, 230x12 & 130x12, 250x10 & 150x12 (Both PR's)
Seated Calf Raises 5 sets or so med-heavy-med-light weight for me; didn't add it up
I didn't have enough time to play with everything I wanted but I figured if I should do one thing it was squat, and I did. Well. Last time I tried 405 for a double first couple days of cycle I bombed, so 3 full reps after other good heavy work was awesome. Accessory work was limited but high intensity over maybe 20min.

Just wanted to share that got some post cyano/4wks into cycle bloodwork done this morning, 7 tubes! I know liv values will be up as my GI is trying to figure out my chronic elevated enzymes. They were same when I was natty as post epistane so he doesn't believe the orals are posing any significant strain right now, nor do I have any cholestasis, fatty liver, jaundice, liver pains or dysfunctions. He said it could even just be my livers natural levels. We'll see. But testing for Hep A in addition to my FSH, Estro, Prolactin, Lipids (these are what I'm wanting) and an elevated liver function test I normally get. Curious to see where things are at, especially with tudca and SAMe.

Last day of first half of cycle. Off day, ate tons of food, mostly fatty meats and simple carbs. Bumped Prami to .7mg today and dosed it first thing in the morning with exeme. Mistake. Absolutely knocked me on my ass, all day. Before I ever started eating, and I felt tired and sore and sick. It's gone now and I feel fine, but for seriously 8 hours. Also my 2nd piss after dosing was orange, like the end of my Epi cycle with no TUDCA. It was fine rest of day, but all this is telling me go back to exeme in the morn and prami in the evening, and going back to .5mg e/d. Also opening another bottle of TUDCA since I finished one today, these RCs are obv harsh on me. I haven't had orange pee all cycle, not even with the methyl. Not even close. So def gonna space the chems out and keep TUDCA in.

I def need to find a way to increase my water intake; I just need to set times every day I go chug an extra 20oz of water. I drink a gallon or so now but an extra half gallon could do wonders I bet.
With Talos finished and Super Cycle in I'll be getting 800mg of NAC e/d thru a month of pct, plus anything I may pick up from Revolution later on.
And no worries Chris, I don't blame you or anyone in the slightest. I probably ramped up too soon, or I'm just not made for .7mg. Gonna go to .5 tonight and stay with that for a bit unless things get bad. But chest isn't worsening at all.

Do you carry a water bottle around with you? I carry a 20oz bottle with me at work and fill it numerous times throughout the day. When I'm home is when I struggle with keeping up on my water intake.

Got some rest today, hit the gym and saw a good buddy. We were gym-rattin' pretty hard, which is the single greatest/worst thing about powerlifting. Not much metabolic stress, but you do lift like a boss and have good friendships. I'm happy with today. Def getting stronger, and since the 19dhea won't be felt for a bit and the 5alpha tabs are out this was all 1-alpha, 4AD, and good programming.
1" Deficit Deadlift (standing on 45lb plates) 135x13, 225x9, 315x3, 345x3, 375x3, 405x3, 435x3, 455x3 (Both PR's, had more in the tank)
Bb Backsquat 135x10, 225x10 x5sets (used to struggle on these and now it's light, will up weight)
I ran my belt from 405 and up, where I usually do even from the floor. Next time I'll try it unbelted thru 405. I stopped because I'd done enough volume and I don't wanna go backwards since I was already up so much, but there's def more reps or weight coming next time.

So how are you liking 4ad so far. All I've heard about the RDe chrome series was that it was under dosed. Can't speak from personal experience as I haven't partaken...

Since they're dissolving mints, you don't even need water. Just set em under the tongue or between cheek and gum and 30 min later or so they're gone. They don't work nearly as well with the advertised 30 sec then swallow, even the reps say let it dissolve if you can. I don't use it for gains so much as well-being. Couple tabs before the gym help deliver a better experience, IMO. Nice energy and libido bump and no sides, compliments 1dhea well. Like a WEAK-ass TNE shot with a longer life?

How bad an idea, on a scale of 1-10, would it be to drop a couple Ultradrol e/d throughout the rest of this cycle? Like 2 4mg pills divided. Never ran Msten. Prob won't do it, seems over-the-top, just curious to get opinions.

1) ultradrol is very mild, takes at least 24mg to really get any results, and some go up to 32mg
2) you have exem in the mix
3) as paranoid as you have been about things gyno etc i lqtm that you seem intent on adding more
ultradrol.. was only methylated product i've ever run, that did not cause me issues
that said - i ran IMLs msten as well, night and day diff from that and ultradrol, very harsh
i have my own ideas why, but will keep that to myself
