Thanks for all the kind words guys! I was really happy with yesterday's lifting. Tonight was a classic example of over-reaching. I was supposed to squat tonight but a young protege of mine was going to max on deadlift for the first time ever and I decided to max as well. Not max effort, I mean attempt a true new max.
After lifting the last 3 days. And working back and shoulders yesterday hard. On 5 hours of sleep after a full day of work that involved some lifting large objects already. And I tried to jump 15lbs at that. Cyano has given me a lot of drive, but it's not a miracle pill and I was foolish enough to forget that.
Deadlift 135x11, 225x7, 315x3, 385x1, 455x1, 520xBOMB
I broke the weight from floor with hips down but rounded lower back and it was a grind up shins past knees, where it was impossible to move so I began to hitch the hell out of it (I knew I couldn't lift it but was determined to lockout, even if it was a hollow victory). I got the weight literally within an inch of lockout. I actually think I hit full lockout on the last hitch but as soon as I did my right hand lost grip (no straps) and I dumped 520lbs on a commercial gym floor
A buddy took a video unbeknownst to me, and form was awful, rounded back from start and hitching the whole way til I dumped it. My 505 a couple months back looked a billion times cleaner with no hitching, but 455 today was far too straight-legged with hips up. I've got some foundational work to do, prob start hitting deficit deadlifts and rep maxes for a while. My training plan keeps evolving!

Off day today; been poppin' taurine like candy to speed my CNS recovery. We use it for back pumps (which I've yet to ever experience) but I swear it makes a difference in near-maximal lifting.
Slept a ton and felt pretty good today, got 30 min or so combined of time on the stairmaster and incline treadmill for some wellness cardio.
Anyone else notice the Presale for LGI Alpha20 on Lockout yet? 20 bux! Just got my bottle; I snatched a bottle of the Shredded Labs when it came out but turns out some people had great results and some bottles were pure dhea so scared to use it. LGI is a reputable company so I've no fear with this one, and $20 is indecently cheap for herculean strength and 6-7lbs kept after pct.

As for the deads. Give it another week, 505 should be no problem. I clean and pressed 185 for reps the other day. I'm trying to get to 225. Got to have goals

I would def expect to keep more than that; I'm saying I've never heard of anyone who even ran that stuff for 3 wks to have less than 6 kept lbs after pct. Kind of the way superdrol is; you can do everything wrong and you're gonna have new lean mass.
Already pulled 505 clean. We'll get that 520 no sweat yet! Now 600 before the end of the year may be a bit out there, but we'll see...

600 is a lot....for me. It's doable tho!
Did some chest today, I knew I shouldn't go over 225 but I was hungry to test the drugs again. Shoulder feels aggrevated again but not nearly like before; I got what I wanted though and I'm sure it won't slow me down. 235 is a tough number on flat for me, I've never surpassed 4 reps on it and only got 3 reps 2 weeks ago when the shoulder issue came up. This was really satisfying.

As an aside, anyone else interested in Iron Legion's Triumphalis? New brand, first time this steroid has been on the market - Methyldiazirinol. Company bought rights to some Antaeus Labs stuff. Structurally looks just like Epi with a 3,3-azo hung out front instead of 2a,3a-epithio, but they're theorizing it'll be more of a mass/strength agent like Sdrol or Msten (although they can be used in cuts fine too). At $40/bottle I think I'll let others guinea pig it first, but looks promising

Been noticing this lately and now I'm sure of it: Cyanostane is greatly increasing aggression for several hours after dosing. 1 & 4dhea haven't done this to me on a previous cycle so cyano is the only real variable. This has been going on for 10 days or more, and it is pronounced. Not a positive 'Alpha Male' aggression, I mean a bad mood I-hate-everyone sort of way. I think it is contributing to stronger lifts in the gym for sure, but I hate feeling pissy like this.

Lol we have 3 different style of bar at my gym. 2 styles are the normal and the other has a thinner bar and is whippier; it's better for olympic lifting IMO. The 1 of the normal size weighs 43 and the other weighs 47. With 2 1lb clamps added normally the thick bars are 45 or 49, respectively. The thin bar is also 43 but I think it's for weenies.

Yeah buddayyy! Strength continues to climb. Weight seems to be hanging around 210, but I gained that 5lbs in the first week and nothing notable since. Vascularity is great, I had a shoulder pump it seemed tonight after squatting Acne on the shoulders is coming in some despite my best efforts, so the 1-Alpha is probably building up as well.

Yesterday was an off day and spent some time relaxing with the gal.
Progress pic, have a pump and bloated belly from tons of water at gym. Weighed 212.0 when I woke (+7.4lbs), people keep telling me I look leaner and I don't think I've gained any bf. I think it's basically the same.
Stronger than ever and tied for as heavy as I've ever been, but leaner than that time. The 1-Alpha is kicking in; acne is popping up on face and shoulders are getting bad. Feeling good tho. Tonight's shoulders and tri workout:
