  2. Could move into dumb bells for your chest pressing, may alleviate some pain as well. Like niners said, 255 is a solid press still

    Oh yead dad, I cruise on 1500mg of glucosamine and 1200mg of chondroiton daily. Recently brought bulk cissus into play as well at 3g daily split. I figure since I'm movin heavy singles on the reg I gotta take care of the joints best I can.

    But it's not a joint issue as far as I'm aware; seems like it's a softer tissue issue (ba-dum-pah!)

  4. Been dealing with similar shoulder issues brother. Some suggestions: time under tension is more important for hypertrophy, so lighter weight and focus on the negatives; or incline press rather than flat press which leads to a naturally lighter weight as well for less stress on the pectoral girdle. Warm up with rotator cuff exercises. There is no proven research that shows you can train a specific part of the chest so any chest exercise will work the whole pectoral muscle.

  5. Hyde what type of pain are u having? Is it shooting pain? I've have similar issues and it was cause from my neck. A good deep tissue massage by a pro not " rub and tug" place may do the trick. Oh and 255 is a good lift bro!!

    Thanks man; felt heavier than it should considering I moved 270 a month or so ago in natty time between cycles.

    The pain just started happening, so def not concerned enough to get medical attention yet. It begins during bb flat bench. It is a tangible shooting pain if I explode with any pressing (mandatory for powerlifting) but if I go slower and squeeze the weight up with the muscle it doesn't hurt really. So TUT is where it's gonna be at fosho til it heals.

    Time for some arms; haven't done this in half a year I'd bet!

    Today will be an off day. Would like to squat but only got 3.5hrs of sleep (fail!) before going into work for half a day and I'm dead. Plus my lower back is really bugging me (older injury, no sweat) so squatting and core work isn't a great idea. Prob better if I give my shoulder an off day too so back/chest are out and bis and tris are sore. I've yet to take an off day on this cycle so I think I need a recharge; this cycle has just kept me coming back day after day.

    Ty for the kind words gents! Def pushing in the gym to make the drugs work for me.

    Yesterday was another off day. Finally got to sleep in a bit and spent the afternoon with my latest ladyfriend

    The evening was booked due to:

    Clutch was in town, and they were awesome - there were 3 bands before them so there set was only like 75 min maybe. We called em back out for an encore and they laid down a few more jams.

    I think the time off plus more time for Cyanostane to kick in really made a difference tonight. Destroyed the squatrack (for me):
    Bb Backsquat 135x12-14, 225x8, 315x5, 355x5, 360x5, 365x5 (Bigtime PR's)
    Speedpulls on Deadlift 135x10, 225x3, 275x3x7-8 sets
    Ab Wheel Rollout 20, 15, 15
    Lower Back-Supported Leg Raise 18, 18

    Strength tonight was monstrous; I'm squatting 15 lbs more for sets of 5 than I ever have only 10 days into cycle. Maybe this stuff should be called single-methyl sdrol? I seem to be a good 5-6lbs heavier too vs 10 days ago. I don't feel fatter, belt is no tighter; my muscles seems more full.

  19. Sounds like the A-Alpha and Cyano are treating you nicely. I am about 10 days in now too on my 1-Alpha and although I am not huge I am leaning out some at the same weight and my chest shoulders and arms are noticeably fuller.

    I'm really appreciating this new one by Fina, just for the simple fact that acne so far isn't as bad as when I ran FRL's Alpha Mass and there's an utter lack of lethargy - A Mass was so bad for the first 3 wks EVERY day at work was a struggle. It was awful.

    Every workout so far from my first dosing has felt great, and I've noticed a difference in performance constantly. Tonight was no exception, and I saw veins in my right arm I've never even seen before (took 1.5g agmatine for fun tonight with my roids pre-gym for extra veinage).
