    The Talos is good for 300mg daily, which is more than I've ever used even. Kinda worries me the headaches kickin in so fast since I know CoQ10 really does make a big difference for me already, but they're not bad.

    Would it be fair to say that there's at least as much active 1dhea coming out of 4 caps of 1-Alpha as 6 caps of FRL's Alpha Mass?

    Today was an active rest day; just pumped some biceps and that was it since I worked core yesterday. Literally every single cardio machine is and stays full Mon-Wed right now at my cattle-car chain gym.

    I am definitely coming 'On' already. Veins are becoming more apparent, had more energy (and a tad euphoric) all day, hunger is up, and I had to force myself to leave after crushing biceps. Endurance is showing up fast. I know it sure ain't the 1 & 4dhea yet (although NO lethargy or acne yet, score); so gotta be the cyanostane. No headaches at all today.

    Close Grip EZ bar 40x8, 60x8, 80x8, 90x11, 100x9, 110x5 (Big-time PR's on last 2 sets!!!)
    Alternating Standing Dumbbell Curl (each arm) 40x12, 45x9, 50x6 dropped to 40x5 dropped to 30x8
    Preacher Curl EZ bar 25(lbs added per side)x11, 30x8, 30x7, 25x8 (TUT really emphasized here)
    Cable Concenctration Curls (where you look like you're punching yourself in the head) 20x12, 25x10, 30x8 dropped to 20x12
    Straight bar cable curl for a burnout pump

    I was stronger today with less rest than ever on biceps, no question. I've never done the 100 ez bar for more than 6 reps. 110 for like 2. My biceps NEVER seem to grow or strengthen, so I'm $h@ting in tall cotton right about now.

    This is yesterday's workout. Had a first date at 7 and of course gym is packed like sardines so had to fight for my right to grow!

    Just banged out some shoulder work to help the top pullthru on dead; haven't shrugged in 6 months and forgot how great the pump is:

    Bb shrugs 135x14, 225x14, 315x14, 365x12, 405x8 (easily PR's, but haven't shrugged in eons but continued to dead so I expected this)
    Lift bb off pins and grip to failure 455, 495, 545, 585, 635
    Smith seated strict military 115x14, 135x12, 155x9, 175x6, 135x9, assisted lift negatives on 205x6
    Front raises 20x12, 30x12, 40x8 dropset to 30x6
    Lateral raises 20x12, 30x8, 30x10 dropset to 20x6

    Looked swole for that date; she was lovin' it

    Holy veinage Batman!!! Blue lacing showing through all over, sides of stomach, top of ab area, shoulders and arms. Wish I had about 10% less bf; this would be officially sick. Get on that cyanostane if you need some vascularity gents. Took ZERO agmatine or preworkout today.

    Heavy Squat, Speedpulls & Ham n' Core:
    Bb Backsquat 135x12, 225x10, 315x5, 345x3, 375x1, 405x1, 345x5
    Deadlift Speedpulls 8x3 @225 as forcefully as possible, short rest between sets (realized after I need to up these to 275 for real)
    Romanchair Work 45lb plate clutched to chest for 4x8-12 reps
    Lying Hamstring Curl 100x12, 130x12, 130x9, 130x6 dropset to 80x7
    Back-Supported Legraise 12,12,12,10,8 reps w/short rests

    Everything in the squatrack seemed a bit lighter, 405 has never come up so explosively. Actually went for a double but got stuck out of the hole so I layed it down. Should have tried harder I think

    Endurance in the gym is markedly improved in only 5 days, and my forearms were vascular as hell just from backsquats. I've been getting fed and I feel bigger and fuller already.

    Just pull once and hold, never held more than 585 (my 21" deadlift) til yesterday so it was nice to get a bit more in my hands just to grip it. I need to keep it up! All the veins in your body pop out when you put 3xbodyweight on your frame.

    Dealing with my left rear delt (if that's what's even wrong) again tonight; was markedly weaker on flat bench and had to go slow and lighter on everything tonight. Just did chest due to shoulder issue - back was a no no. I've decided to continue training my lower body as usual but forgetting heavy bench training for now. I'll be bodybuilding my upper body as I can around the injury for a while with greater volume and intensity. My lower body is beast compared to upper anyway so I could use more size up top.

    Chest
    Flat Bb Benchpress 135x16, 185x10, 230x4, 235x3, 255x1, 205x7
    Incline Db Press 75x12, 80x10, 80x10
    Hammerstrength Decline 3plates/sidex8, x7, 2plates/sidex12, x10

    I had some shoulder issues myself not too long ago. 255 is still good especially with that issue. Good idea to take it easy for awhile to avoid hurting it worse.
