After being MIA for literally a couple years I figured it was time to pop back in. Now it's time to add some mass and continue leaning out. Ultimate goal is a physique show sometime within the next 24 months.

As of right now I am purely focusing on composition/growth and don't plan to intensely track my lift increases. Instead I'll utilize pictures/measurements. My weight sees a fluctuation of 5-7 lbs through out the day naturally from foods, and since I'm on a consistent daily diet I'll be weighing in the mornings.Any suggestions for current test booster for PCT fun let me know!
