    After being MIA for literally a couple years I figured it was time to pop back in. Now it's time to add some mass and continue leaning out. Ultimate goal is a physique show sometime within the next 24 months.

    Supps:
    Alphamine
    Msten RX - 20mg/d
    Cycle Support

    PCT:
    Nolva - 40/20/20/10
    DAA
    will plan the rest later

    Routine:
    Mon - chest/tri
    Tues - back/bi
    Wed - legs/abs/shoulders
    Thurs - cardio

    Diet:
    Eggs
    cans of tuna/chicken
    vegetables/fruits (GF is vegan so loads of these)
    Talapia
    chicken breast
    high protein, low carb, med fat

    As of right now I am purely focusing on composition/growth and don't plan to intensely track my lift increases. Instead I'll utilize pictures/measurements. My weight sees a fluctuation of 5-7 lbs through out the day naturally from foods, and since I'm on a consistent daily diet I'll be weighing in the mornings.Any suggestions for current test booster for PCT fun let me know!

    Alright so it's actually day 2 since I forgot to post the details of yesterday, but let me update those real quick... yesterday was a chest/tricep day working 10-8-8-dropset on every exercise. I didn't write down my weight numbers, but here was the routine:

    i think you should try to log some of the numbers like on the main lifts. even though strength isnt your focus, its a very valuable number in regards to the product and what it offers. By main lifts, i mean like (example from your workout from yesterday) BB bench, DB incline and BB incline. the rest is machine work so you can leave that out.

    Also, try reverse grip BB bench for triceps (i do it on the smith machine). killer tricep workout.

    Today is going to be a leg day, I'll be heading out in about an hour to hit them and will update this post accordingly!

    Thoughts so far: It's only day 4, so I don't expect too much at this point for me these kind of compounds tend to take off in week 2. I do feel a bit denser and look it in the mirror as well though. My chest has felt a bit heavy so I'm going to check BP and get on some coq10 for that, but other than that no negative sides to report.

    Update: I ended up having to leave the gym early tonight, massive blood pressure spike and head pressure.

    almost a 1 pound gain in 4 days...was expecting a little more. i have no knowledge of Msten RX so idk how fast the results come though.

    Weight: 176.3Today was just cardio and abs as usual.

    I weighed in the morning fasted as well and saw a couple pound increase... hopefully that means it is starting to kick in now and next week should be fun!

    Positive Sides: slight weight increase, increase in muscle density. Oddly enough, not feeling any kind of euphoria or day long pump like I traditionally do from SD and other strong cycles in the past.

    Negative sides: definite blood pressure spike. I've been getting headaches and slight blurry vision from this in a couple instances the past few days. I've added 81 mg asprin and coq 10 at 300mg daily to help with this.

    Day 6

    Weight: 180 (+6.4 lbs) *Note: this is not fasted like my other weigh-ins so we will see how real this weight gain is in the morning like usual.


    Notes: Check out these pictures I've uploaded below from this evening... you'll certainly tell a density and size increase. I went down and trained with my boy R1balla tonight and am happy I did... it's awesome working with a passionate partner instead of solo.

    Strength: As you'll see from tonights workout numbers, strength is definitely starting to kick up. I repped 130 on tricep rope extensions with absolute easy and probably could have gone up another 10-20 lbs.

    Size/Density: Comparing these photos versus the day 1 photos you'll see a drastic difference in both thickness and density. Composition is hard to gauge from tonights photos because I'm extremely bloated in them due to some carbs I had. I'm on a low carb diet, so when i have more than normal I bloat pretty bad for the remainder of that day usually.

    Neg Sides: Still dealing with elevated BP. No headaches tonight thankfully, and I'm running 81mg of aspirin and 300mg of Coq 10.

    i am witness to the progress. also, we did DC style on the first lift of biceps and first lift of triceps. everything else was 12,10,8. I just love the idea of started with DC with your first lift because it really gets you going and gives you a nasty pump.

    hey guys apolgize for being out of the log for this week, had lots happen including a car breaking.

    We're at day 14 today I believe, i'll recount the pills this evening. Just wanted to update the weight:

    Positive sides: Strength is increasing, leg day felt amazing. Weight gain up just over 8 lbs so far. Pumps have been picking up and quite intense lately!

    Negative sides: Blood pressure headaches have subsided with the addiotion oc Coq 10. No negative sides to report now days!

    solid leg workout my man. try adding in deadlifts with squats. gets you so tired. have you bought milk thistle yet? are you still taking alphamine?

    thanks man, feels good to be getting back in the groove more and more. Yeah legs are shot today bro! Nope not running any milk thistle yet, only support supp is Coq10 at the moment. Yeah still taking alphamine, albeit irregularly now.
