Chest and Bi's: I know I've been MIA the last week but it's tax season and the next month is going to be rough. I have to say that DMZ is going down as my favorite PH so far.. I'm almost 4 weeks in up 8lbs and currently the biggest I've ever been! Strength is through the roof and I'm feeling really ALPHA right now!!! I last couple of days my knees, hips and shoulder are strating to hurt. I know it's from the heavy lifts and over training but I just can't help it I feel like a machine!! The pumps have come on so strong that they have become painfull!! I had to stop cardio short cause my body was on fire!! I checked my DMZ stash and I have about 5 days left in the first bottle. My original plan was to run this 8 weeks but my results have been so good I don't think I need it, also not sure if my joints can keep up with it? Can't wait to get some new pic's up for you guys.
