    Wasn't Gonna log but Halo extreme and test log


    Stats before cycle 153 5'6
    Stats ATM 151.8
    Been on halo extreme 75 mg a day and 500 test a week for 5 days
    Also aromasin 12.5 mg EOD

    I cruised for 8 weeks at 250 with GP test e

    So far I feel great in the gym

    Diet is on point any where from 500-1000 over maintenance

    Eating things like
    Eggs, liquids egg whites, turkey sausage, oat meal, orange juice , almonds
    Chicken breast, rice and beans, milk
    Steak, spaghetti, pork, fish, etc.

    Getting in roughly 200 grams of protein a day, 230-300 carbs, 80 grams of fat

    So far I have lost weight, which is surprising to me, I'm not cutting

    I read all the other logs and people are gaining weight their first week

    I lost an inch on my waist, I'm def losing fat

    The goal of this cycle is to add lean mass and get leaner

    I probably sit at 10-11% bf right now

    The weight loss is scaring me I'm down 2 pounds and 2 ounces in 5 days

    I guess I could call it recomp?

    The scale is my worst enemy.

    Lifting 1rms
    Bench-225
    Squat- 300
    Deadlift- 395

    looking lean! try to get some body fat % checks so you can keep track of how much lean mass you're packing on!

    I can use the handheld bf thing at my gym even though it isn't accurate

    Could still scale progress

    Today and tomorrow are rest days, gonna try to stick to my diet as much as I can

    I'm only gonna weigh myself once a week, I'm driving myself crazy weighing myself every day

    Beginning measurements
    15.8 arms
    37.5 chest
    47 shoulders
    Thighs 21
    Forearms 12.5
    Calves 14
    Neck 15.75
    Waist 31.5

    Waist is already down to 30.5 in 5 days!

    My previous cycle was 16 weeks of Test E 600 ew, deca 400 ew, methadrol extreme week 1-4 and 8-12

    Put on 20 pounds got up to a bloated 162-163

    Adex was bunk

    Also used Prolactrone- GREAT PRODUCT

    Lost 9-10 pounds cruising for 8 weeks, 90% water
