Hit up a little over 60 mins LISS this morning. My son's nanny called me this morning to tell me she's sick so I'm taking the day off to watch him. I'm going to try to get a back/abs workout in this afternoon while he's napping so I can do shoulders tomorrow and then hit another cardio day on saturday.
My libido is still really high even though the boys remain tiny (lol!), but clomid and nolva start today so they'll be on their way back to normal in no time at all.
So far I'm liking USP's Test Powder, it doesn't mix too well and there's no hiding that almost vomit-like DAA aftertaste, but it's definitely getting the job done for me so far and is a nicely rounded out supplement as opposed to just doing DAA on its own.
Osta has definitely been playing a part in maintaining my strength gains so far. I can only hope that this continues all the way through (I have 40 days worth of ostarine total).
More updates later, and I'll actually be posting up numbers for my back workout today since I'll have more time.

well, my goal would be solid size, and strength, i just started learning about cycles about a month ago, as iv never considered it in the past., iv allways been satisfied with pretty weak supps, like creatine, no boosters, stuff like 1mr, and jack3d for pwo., and branch chains and whey for post wo.,
this is a whole new thing for me, theres no way i could go for it right now, till i get some solid knowledge in my bean., this forum is great, i can learn from you guys, and theres no risk-no rush, and as a plus, most of the people on this forum seem like good people, win for me!
but enough about me, how you doin man?, and that was a nice double on the 330 squat, iv never squatted over 275, and i do sets with 185-205.
sorry man, those are my bench numbers for sets. iv been squatting 225-255 for sets., i usually hit 5 or 6 sets, then hit leg ext, ham curls, and save calfs for another day, unless im feeling good. usually feel like gumby on leg day though.
Nice mix of strength and size you could use a h-drol/stano stack. it's pretty common and relatively mild on the body. that might be a good place to start. you're right though, this forum is great and there are a lot of awesome and very knowledgeable people here. I've learned a lot in the time I've been a member here!
I was doing 5-6 sets between 265 and 300, but switched to reverse pyramids and start at my max out. So I'll usually do BWx10, Barx10, 125x10, 175x10 then I'll go to 330 and work my way down like 330, 325, 320, 315, 310, 300 and then if I was to do a higher rep set to get more blood in the muscle I might bust out 10 at 240 or 250.
I had to quit leg extensions they were absolutely killing my knees! So on leg day I start with squats, then do leg curls, then standing barbell calf raises. I finish off with deadlifty singles. Current best is 375, I hit 380 yesterday but lost the bar on the way down. I was pretty pissed! lol
