So I think I'm going to do some lifting today which is rare for me to do a 5th lifting day in a week but I'm really feeling pretty top notch.
Thinking about hitting abs and back with some high rep weighted situps, weighted crunches, inverted rows and pull ups.
Any suggestions?

A couple of chairs might work as well. Would be closer to a reverse dip but still would work your back

Busted out a quick 40-45 minute workout, feeling pretty damn good
inverted rows pronated grip (ss w/ pushups) 8(15-8(15)-8(15)-8(15)
Weighted situps (ss w/ pullups) BWx20(6) 25x15(6)-15(6)-11(4) 10x15(3)
inverted rows supinated grip (ss w/ pushups) 8(15)-8(15)-7(15)-6(15)
My back feels pretty tore up!
