The good news: depression is pretty much gone, really feeling better!
The bad news: strength is down considerably this week. muscles feel flat and aren't getting much of a pump even with really high reps and extra agmatine in my pre.
flat bench: barx10, 85x10, 105x8, 125x8, 245x0, 240x0, 235x0, 230x1, 220x3, 210x3, 185x6-5-4
flat DB fly: 35x12-10-10 (slow reps)
incline BB press: barx10, 85x10, 125x5-4-4 (wtf??)
DB curl: 20x10-10
Incline DB curl: 30x10-10-10
Straight bar preacher: 85x7-7 w/ fat gripz
EZ curl preacher: 85x7-7 w/ fat gripz
So needless to say I'm not thrilled with today's w/o but at least I was able to focus and get through my full workout today. The depression last week had me cutting my workouts really short. Back in the saddle now, gotta bring those numbers back up!!!
