We'll have both going haha two deep fryers and two big electric skillets going in the garage. We do a couple big fish frys at our house every year. It only takes a week until the garage doesn't smell like a carnival anymore from all the grease lol

The bad news: slight strain in left bicep, discomfort in left shoulder and had to cut today's workout short. Also the clomid depression has hit me bad.

The good news: even with shoulder pain and bicep strain I still pushed 245 for a single on flat bench. Only 2 days left with clomid at 50mg/day, I drop to 25 on Thursday so this should pass shortly.

Sorry bout your injury bro! I'm dealing with my back injury and had an mri. Thought I was done for till I finaly got my prescript of prednisone. 20 mg is helping big time. I thought surgery was a possibility but its 100x's better 3 days into 60mg/day. If ya ever have your ciatic nurve pinched, this **** works. Its a steroid that works. Not like steroids don't work

Anyways bro, glad your home and with your family. great job on bench my man. Take care of your arm.

Its been creeping up the last few days and it has definitely suppressed my drive a little. By Saturday I'll be right as rain with the lower dose. My balls are definitely up and running again so the higher dose did its job for sure.

Thanks man. Id rather have my problems than your back issues. I've been following in AE's nla stack log and saw the conversation about it. Have they offered any ideas for a permanent fix or do you just have to keep treating the symptoms like that?

He actualy prescibed that steroid as a super anti-inflamatory and said it could releave the pain coming from my siatic. I never thought it work. It did. But I think there's more damage than that to my lower spine, but at same time I'm optimistic as its feeling a lot better. The mri was sent off and will see my dr to go over my options. I'm hoping no major damage.

3 days ago I was cussing everytime I got up today I'm running and can easily tie my show. A lot better. We shall see. I'm not too familiar with back injuries. Have any ideas what to exspect?

Not a clue man. Worst I ever did to my back was pull a muscle dead lifting. No structural damage like you have. Glad you're out of pain though!

Clomid hits me bad, I try not to use it or use it only at low dose in conjunction with nolva.
