    Trenavar/hcg/letro cycle


    Log of my first ph cycle,

    This is my first day of this experiment, I let my self swell up to 239.4lbs ( yes I gained fat on purpose). I want to see if a post cycle therapy is really needed if trenavar is used with hcg. Spare me the insults I know pct are need. But what I want to know is to what extent if I use hcg while on cycle and Cruse on the hcg how much of the weight and muscle will stay after trenavar has cleared my system.

    Current stats, weight 239.4, Thighs 21.5, Calves 15.5, forearms 12.5, Shoulders 54, neck 16.5
    Chest 43, Arms 15.4, Hips 41, waist 38,

    Diet mostly clean I will cheat eventually

    Breakfast Greek yogurt 5.4oz & protein shake or 4 egg white one whole egg

    Lunch Quinoa with cod, talapia, beef, Steak or chicken. Sometimes ill replace quinoa with Steak Tomatoes and cucumbers. I will cheat time to time mostly at lunch due to my coworkers.

    Dinner repeat lunch.

    Tue back and abs
    Wed legs, shoulder and abs
    Thurs back, arms and abs
    Fri free for all

    Day 1 (today) felt weak today took tvar 15 and all the supplements at 5 am with a protein shake for breakfast, went to the gym 5:30am

    9am black coffee 4 Splenda ( stevia is better but my employer doesn't buy it I got some at home keep forgetting to bring it in)
    10:40am protein shake
    12 noon 1 cup quinoa with steak (230 grams) and a walnut chocolate brownie. ( yes I know brownie smh)

    My dht is naturally high on the last test it was 136 ng/ dl normal range is 16-79ng/dl. I have never had a normal dht level one time it was in the high 200s still had my hair. In not saying it won't fall off lol heck no, but I never have used trenavar I'm going to wing it, if my hair starts to fall ill add toco 8, what's your opinion?

    Trenavar and all the sups at 5 am ( woke up late)
    Strength is noticeable body temp is up. My boys are huge ( hcg injection last night)

    4 pm black coffee ( company socialized had to drink a coffee with boss)
    4:30 pm 6oz steak
    6pm protein shake, supps and trenavar
    10pm Steak Tomatoes 2 talapia fish
    11pm a diet coke and a kuba kuba Acid Cigar with the guys. I will be updating the post at the end of the days

    I feel stronger, focused, I get random surges of energy and woods, my reflexes are a lil faster, joking around at work I put one of the big guys on the floor he weights 270lbs, I was not even out of breath or sweating after all the horsing around.

    My employer called me in for an emergency at work at midnight so my schedule is off.

    2:30 am trenavar I decided to go to the gym at 3am-420am

    3:20pm protein shake, trenavar 8oz of talapia only, I have noticed my apatite is in the hole, no cravings. No hunger. I have been going to the bath room all day a lot of 1 and 2. I stepped on the scale 221.4 my eyes pop open went to the store got new battery's tested again 221.4. I must of lost water weight, my confidence is up. I feel good, strong and my mind is relaxed in a good mood.
    4:30 All supps
    5pm protein shake
    6:30 trenavar two talapia totaling 8 oz
    7pm cottage cheese


    My day is not over but I plan on doing the following tonight.

    8 pm letro 2.5 mg all supps
    9pm hcg 1000iu
    Trenavar

    Thursday Woke up at 12:40am very hungry, and a thirst. I have never been so hungry in my life. I decided that maybe a protein shake will eliminate the hunger. 5 min later I was still hungry so I drank 40oz of water. A few min later I woke up and ran to the 24 hour restaurant. I ate a beef patty I know it was a bad choice but I figure the hight amount of fat would hold me all night. Took a trenavar before bed again. 5am woke up extremely thirsty with a huge head ach, I called out of work and drank 20oz water took all my supps. Went back to bed. 10am woke up hungry, headache still there made 8 egg whites. Drank 20oz of water. So I got a croissant with 4 egg whites one whole egg and turkey bacon, with a 22 oz mineral water 9:30 protein shake I have notice I'm very thirsty, no hunger through most of the day, random hunger pains.focused and I feel good.

    Yup nine sets and I have not been sore one day this whole week. I chose letro for a few reasons one its the best ai in my opinion it raises lh/fsh and crushes estrogen and progesterone which also lowers prolactin, also to prevent gyno plus when you inject Hcg at. Over 250iu you'll get a surge of estrogen with the boost of testosterone and lh thats one of the reason Choose to use a ai in the cycle. I'm doing hcg because it #one boost natural test levels which trenavar will lower,#2 keep my sex drive, my boys happy and my Htpa will not be suppressed through the hole cycle. 3000iu of hcg a week keeps my test levels Between 905-1200 (I ran hcg solo for 3 months under the supervision of my endo) to determine the hcg effect on my test level

    Friday 5:20am trenavar and all my supps 5:30 am protein shake Gym free for all friday, 5:50am-6:45am Bench press 225lbs 8/10/10/10/8 Dead lift 225lbs 10/10/10/10 275 lbs 10/10/10 315lbs 10/8/6/4 405lbs only one Push ups 200 Sit ups 200 Smith machine shoulder shrugs 225lbs 10/10/10/10/10 Hammer curls 45 lbs 10/10/10/10/10 Decline dumbbell press 45 lbs 10/10/10/10 7:30am protein shake 11:20 protein shake 12 pm sups, trenavar and Philly cheese steak, . I ate lunch but was not really hungry, all the guys got phillys so I just grabed one as well with lays chips and a diet lemon coke. 30min after I eat the Philly cheese steak I broke out in a sweat just sitting there doing notting, my body temp was up until about 2:40pm. I'm still thirsty all the time every 30min to hour I drink water, thank goodness my employer doesn't care how many time you use the bathroom or drink or snack as long as you get your work done by the end of the day they will leave you alone. Lol I'm thinking of doing push ups at work every hour 20 min to 50max, haven't done it because I don't want to push the envelope to far if you know what I mean. 4pm protein shake & small bag of chocolate pretzel 8:30pm KFC two grilled chicken breast and a diet coke. 10:30pm protein shake, letro 2.5mg, trenavar and hcg 1000iu

    Why not throw the Toco8 (or TocoSorb generic brand) in just in case? Great antioxidant properties and a lot less chance for neg sides . I'd say it's worth $13-28 to keep my hair... Just an outsiders opinion.

    I have gotten a Lil stronger, but I'm on the loading stage still, my body has not gotten adjusted to the trenavar I can tell when it's kicking in and when it fade out. But I know that as of now I like it and I'm at a very low dosage because its my first time using it. To answer your question yes I do feel stronger, I know as I up my dose to 90 ill be happy one of the days I took two doses of 15 almost 1 hour apart before the gym and I had an amazing workout I thought I would be in pain the next day I have recovered pretty fast no soreness, plus im Horney all the time which is a nice bonus. I will most deff run trenavar again maybe stacked in the near future with something else.

    Drizzle88 thanks, most deffent your opinion is respected and i did research it alot. When my hair starts to fall out ill shave my head and start toco8 to regain the hair but i feel it wont be needed my dht has been high for years, lol a man at the gym told me I rather be a bold muscular man than a weak shade of what appears to be a man, woman will look past the hair if there looking at else were lol. But if I target my dht to aggressively it will hurt my gains, dht is considered a Stronger hormone, yes dht has negative affects but I see it this way a lot of people take dht based steroids to boost power and muscle we must look at the plus affects to dht as well. There are no outside opinions on the board were all in together with the common goal muscle,strength and good health right, your opinion is consider to me as an inside opinion.

    No, I have a bottle of tocosorbs sitting dormant bc I was going to run Androhard/Superdrol but we all know now that faired out. Luckily i have five bottles of SD but no AH so I never ran it. I'm staying natural for now so I may use it just as a staple and see if my hair gets any thicker.

    Just did a lot of research on tocotrienol and hair loss prevention. The science behind it makes sense.

    No, I have a bottle of tocosorbs sitting dormant bc I was going to run Androhard/Superdrol but we all know now that faired out. Luckily i have five bottles of SD but no AH so I never ran it. I'm staying natural for now so I may use it just as a staple and see if my hair gets any thicker.

    Just did a lot of research on tocotrienol and hair loss prevention. The science behind it makes sense.

    I was using the AH to mitigate neg sides/lethargy/etc and also for a little added DHT and androgenic effects. The anabolic properties of SD are not to be compared to any other legal compound... Well SD isn't legal now but you get the picture.

    Rest day Woke up 6:40 with a really hard wood, I have not had a wood like this in over 19 years, lol I could not even go to the bath room it went down after 20 something mins. took the sups at 7am with a protein shake. 9:30am ate breakfast everything bagel with 4 egg whites turkey bacon and ketchup. A tropicana grapefruit juice and a coffee. A lot of people told me that I have been really happy the last few days. They think its because of the holidays but let keep our secret lol. I have random very hard woodsy 11:20 am protein shake 12 pm yellow plantains and 16oz chipotle chicken 3pm protein shake, trenavar 6pm half a cup of spaghetti and 8 oz of chicken breast 7 pm all supps 10pm trenavar I feel stronger, my wife said I was getting a lil bigger if I changed any of my workouts. Still very thirsty not getting any apatite. On Monday I will up my morning dose to 30 mg (60mg per day)

    I'm running letro because 1000iu 3 times a week alone brought up my estrogen levels to 170 the Secound time I ran hcg solo it went up to 62. Hcg will shoot your estrogen to the roof. At 1000 iu it will go up. Plus letro has other advantage besides being a ai. My endo also thinks its the best for me right now. He hates the fact I'm running trenavar. I have ran hcg alone for a year to figure out what dose I needed

    Sunday rest day

    Woke up starving at 12:20 am went to a Taco Bell 24 hr got a Catalina burrito with guacamole, chips and a lemon aid. 6:50am woke up took all sups and trenavar with a protein shake. 8:30 am breakfast two egg whites, ham turkey bacon on a croissant with a diet ginger ale 11 am sups and protein shake 12:37 pm hunger pains kicked in had to eat the closet thing near me. Checkers fish deep sea double frys and a diet pibb. My back felt like its on fire right after I ate for about 10 min. My thirst has gone away. 2pm took sups and trenavar 4pm drank a zero carb monster drink 5pm protein shake 725pm 8oz cod fish two tomatoes 9 pm all supps I took the hcg 1000iu letro 2.5mg today because Tomorrow my condo will be heck-tic. My wife bought me a few bottles of humapro protein tabs I think I will drop the gluco rest and chromium gtf to try this protein tab and see how that works

    Lol, smh yeah. 3000iu keeps my test levels from 905-1200 plus we all know trenavar will surpress your test level. I will tell you this, the day after I do the hcg I feel the strongest, most confident and aggressive no apatite and might sound stupid but I get the most compliments from people Tues/Thurs/Sat which are the days after hcg.     Tues

    Had a full night sleep. Marry christmas to everyone and there family.

    My mood is changing people have told me, I'm more patient with people. My attitude as well has changed, I'm in a good mood all the time. My core temp is up at random times while I'm resting.

    I stepped on the scale today my weight 228.9 lbs. my muscles are rock solid with out having to flex. my veins are more visible, 3 off my close friends told me to get off the juice and stay off. the odd thing is that i never told them.

    7 Am the dog woke me up. Walked him then took all my sups and trenavar took humapro

    8:30 breakfast 3 egg whites 1 whole egg and 1/2 pound of herring filets.

    12pm 8 oz of chicken 1/2 cup of rice. 2pm humapro and trenavar

    5pm black coffee and a little of a banana split my daughter wanted me to share with her.

    6pm my wife took me to the mall, some guy that look like a child molester was following this one kid all over the Disney store, the kid started playing with my son. So the guy is asking me is That )your son? Because I followed him all over the store? I asked we're your kids? If you don't have one wtf are you doing in a kids store with no kids following kids around. When I grabbed him by his shirt I told him fu*k off and if I see you near this kid ill beat your a*s then called the cops. My wife was like Wow :@ normally I woulda been more aggressive ( I do not like predators I'm the type of person that does not allow someone to be prayed upon while I'm around especially kids)

    7pm 1/2 cup of rice, 4 oz of chicken and a flan. I have noticed that when I eat a high fat meal toward the night I don't get the hunger pains in the middle of the night. like at first. ill eat a Boston cream donuts to see If I get the hunger pains like before. I will try different thing to see what works.

    10 pm Dunkin Boston cream 315 cals wow that's more than a cheese burger, I think.

    11pm drank two scoops of flurry protein, took trenavar, I felt like if humapro pill protein substitute are garbage. Don't get me wrong ill use it to the tub is done.

    11:56pm my job called me in for an emergency, so I guess I'm not getting any continuos sleep tonight. I will take nap as I work. No gym time because my gym is closed for the holidays

    You run the risk of permanently desensitizing your testes running hCG doses like that.


    Also, you have no problems injecting hCG but your still on an oral only cycle? ...........what!?

    Can't find a reliable dealer of test or other injectable. Not scared of pinning lost that fear a year ago. I have read article of people using up-to 5000iu with out a problem. When I find a source that's legit I'll start using injectable.

    I will eventually go into injectables my mind was made up over a year ago..... Lol.. I wanted to run test at 500mg, hcg 500 iu and anavar at 40 mg, but could not get my hands on test p and the anavar price was ridiculous. I did some research on hcg I was satisfied with what I researched. I did not look into it as a weight loss agent (ie hcg diet) I looked at it body as an anabolic.
