Been reading and decided that I am going to start my first cycle soon, I am 27 176lbs and around 12% body fat, I have been stuck at this weight for around two years and miss that pound over pound gain I had as a beginner. I started lifting around 22 and weighed 140lbs at that time. Anyway, was wondering which of the three mild compounds would have the greatest ability to add good weight, also since there are an overwhelming plethora of options for pre-, intra-, and post-cycle supports supplements what would be the unabridged, cycle for dummies approach? I am looking for the products that best compliment each other.
