    GotHuge's Quest to GetHuge: AndroMass+AndroLean+Test+EQ Cycle


    Goal: Gain as much lean body mass and strength as possible.

    Cycle:

    Weeks 1-8 --> AndroMass V3 KICKSTART @ 6 caps ED upon awakening
    Weeks 10-17 --> AndroLean V3 @ 6 caps ED upon awakening
    Weeks 1-16 --> Test Cyp 450 mg/week (1.8 CC/week = 0.9CC/pin)
    Weeks 1-16 --> EQ 900 mg/week (3.1 CC/week = 1.55CC/pin)
    Weeks 1-16 --> HCG 750 iu /week (1.5CC/week = 0.75CC/pin or 375iu/pin)
    Weeks 1-16 --> Arimidex 1mg EOD (before bed)
    Weeks 1-16 --> Dutasteride 0.5mg EOD (I am prone to baldness) (before bed; on the night not taking Arimidex)

    Notes:
    -Gear injections will be intramuscular; every mon/thurs.
    -HCG injections will be sub-cutaneous; every mon/thurs after gear injections.
    -Dermatherm target throughout cycle (minimize fat gain)
    -Running toco-8 @ 1 scoop ED along with minoxidil+AA 5%, and Nizoral 2%.
    -Dropping the dutasteride once i stop administering AAS.
    -Have taurine/cycle support supps on hand in case of back pumps/lethargy.

    ESTER CLEARING PERIOD (after last pin) Weeks 17-18:
    Day 1-7: AL 6 caps ED + 500iu HCG ED + arimidex 1mg ed
    Day 8-14: nothing

    PCT: Weeks 19-22
    Clomid 100/100/50/50 (Morning upon awakening)
    Nolva 60/40/20/20 (Morning upon awakening; 5 min after clomid)
    Primordial Performance TRS V2:
    *Sustain-Alpha LV (weekdays only) 5ml at meal 1 then 5ml again at final meal.
    *TCF-1 right after Sustain-Alpha LV But including weekends. 5ml twice/ED
    *Toco-8 1 scoop ED at meal 1
    *EndoAmpMax 1 scoop ED (1 hour pre-workout or upon awakening)

    Notes (from Primordial Performance):
    • The stack may be continued for as long as the user desires.
    • Take Sustain Alpha Liqua-Vade anytime of the day, with or without food.
    • Take 5mls of TCF-1 twice daily with or without food.
    • Take Toco-8 with or without food (at 1 scoop daily, Toco-8 will last 60 days).
    • Take 1 scoop of EndoAmp Max 1 hour before exercise or in the morning on non-workout days.



    DIET:

    I am going to switch up my diet, as i get bored with the same food. However, i keep my macros approximately the same.

    Broccoli /Asparagus/Lettuce of all kinds/Mushrooms/Sprouts/Peppers/Spinach/Celery/Cabbage/Cucumbers, etc.

    Protein=
    T-Bone/London broil/Tri Tip/Chicken Breast/Turkey Breast/Ground Chicken /Ground Turkey/Ground Beef less than 10% Fat/Buffalo/Tuna/Ahi/Tuna in water/salmon/any kind of fish/Egg Whites/Whole egg, etc.

    Carbs=
    Whole wheat pasta/Brown Rice or White rice post training/Sweet Potatoes/White potatoes post training/Ezekiel Bread/Oatmeal/Yams/Sugar free Muesli/Quinoa/Banana/Berries /Grapefruit in Am or Pre-training, etc.

    Bridge=
    Food intake in between meals.

    Diet Routine:

    AM (Upon Awakening):
    -6 caps AndroMass or AndroLean
    -Injections if its a pin day
    -Minoxidil/AA 5% applied topically
    -Acne Wash for that damn acne..

    Meal 1:
    30 grams protein from egg whites + yolk
    50 grams carbs
    1 serving Animal Omega
    1 serving Animal Pak

    Meal 2 (30 Min PRE WORKOUT):
    40 grams protein Whey Protein Shake
    35 grams carbs Vitargo
    Creatine(Con-Cret)
    BCAA(Atomic 7)

    Meal 3(POST WORKOUT):
    32 grams protein/83 grams carbs (Infinite Mass)
    Creatine(Con-Cret)

    Bridge 1:
    30 grams protein/10 grams carbs (OhYeah! Protein bar)

    Meal 4:
    30 grams protein
    30 grams carbs
    1 cup Vegetables
    1 serving Animal Omega

    Meal 5:
    30 grams protein
    30 grams carbs
    1 cup Vegetables
    1 serving Toco-8

    Bridge 2:
    30 grams protein/10 grams carbs (OhYeah! Protein bar)

    Meal 6:
    30 grams protein, preferably chicken
    1 teaspoon Peanut Butter

    Meal 7 (BEFORE SLEEP):
    Dutasteride or Arimidex taken w/ water
    35 grams protein Whey Protein Shake

    -Protein: approx. 300g+
    -Carbs: approx. 250g+
    -Fats: will vary, but every day i will have satisfied my EFA requirements (thanks to animal omega and the food i will be eating)

    Notes:
    -I may switch up my training routine a little.
    -For more Time Under Tension (TUT): do dropsets, negatives, forced reps, decrease your rest time, try burn-outs, increase the number of sets or reps, or do movements more slowly.
    -Supersets: Performing 2 exercises back to back without a rest. The exercise could be for the same muscle group or agnostic muscle groups.
    -Finishing your workout with high-rep isolation movements (burnouts) like biceps curls, triceps extensions, lateral raises, leg extensions, or hamstring curls is a great way to increase the overall blood flow to your muscles. This pump will give you a more defined appearance while you lift, but it also helps bring the necessary muscle-building nutrients to your muscles.

    Starting Stats (10/15/12):
    Height- 5'11
    Weight- 176 lbs (please note this weight is inaccurate: the scale is off by 9-10 pounds. Unfortunately, this sh**ty scale is all i have access to, so ill use it as a reference point for weight gain)
    BF- Haven't checked, Im guessing 13-14%

    Starting Measurements (10/15/12):
    Arms- 14.5" flexed(measured @ bicep peak); 13" regular
    Quads- 23" (measured below nuts)
    Calves- 15"
    Waist- 34" (measured right below belly-button)

    -This is my 2nd cycle; the 1st being a 10 week run of test c solo.

    I believe there is 80% placebo and 20% truth. Site injections will do a couple things. 1st, the most obvious stated is that the hormones are in that specific area, and can quickly hit receptors in the surrounding area. 2nd, depending on the amoutn of oil, slight stretching of the fascia can support growth in a similar fashion to site injected oils.

    Testosterone doesn't work like that. It's not like the legs get more "test" your bloodstream absorbs it and it works through your endocrine system.

    Interesting... i've read that as well about the fascia stretching, but its probably nothing actually noticeable like greg valentino status/synthol...

    I'm supposed to train today, but I'm far behind at work and need to spend the entire day catching up. I still feel a bit sore anyways. I will, however, train every saturday from now on.

    Another note: I notice more and more hair falling out every day. Therefore, im upping the Dutasteride dosage to 2.5 mg ED until it slows, then tapering back down to 0.5 mg EOD. I should have frontloaded the dutasteride in the first place; im reading that it takes some time for it to build up in your system.

    Today's workout was so-so.. I went up in weight in several workouts, but i only managed to do a few reps for most of those so i dont see it as anything to get excited about. My shoulders were in pain for some reason; therefore i didn't do incline bench or dips today..
    How am i feeling overall? Normal; i didnt feel anywhere near as pumped as friday, and i don't feel 'on' yet. I guess that's what you have to deal with when messing with long esters

    -I couldn't deadlift today as the entire 1st floor of my gym was closed for some kind of class.... therefore i changed up my workout to accomodate.

    -I went up 20 lbs in my bent over row, but keep in mind that last week i did my bent over rows AFTER my deadlift. So you cant really call that a huge gain since there were no deadlifts today

    My forearms felt extremely hard and pumped today. Back and bi's felt good as well. It seems like i'm getting stronger; i think the AM might be starting to kick in.
    On a final note, the hair shedding seemed to stop accelerating (i was shedding more and more hair every day, but now im shedding the same amount) and it seems im SLOWLY going towards losing less hair every day. Therefore im tapering the Dutasteride back down to 0.5mg. I hate the stuff, it gives me a phobia of hindering my gains/vascularity/being soft..

    Update: 10/27/12

    I'm 12 days in to the cycle, have gained + 9 lbs so far! Of course, its mostly glycogen/water retention but i just like seeing the numbers go up My belly/waist size have not increased, so its safe to say im still around the same bodyfat as when i started, which is a huge plus.

    Today i did my compound workout, I've went up + 15 lbs and more reps on my deadlift (from 300lbs x 4 reps to 315lbs x 5 reps), more reps on squats, and my form for both is MUCH better than previously. Quality of workouts are slowly but steadily increasing; i felt like i could have done even more on my deadlifts and the weights just feel lighter than before. Can't wait to see more progression throughout the cycle!

    I would personally not go above 1cc for the pecs, save the large volumes for larger muscles.

    Update: 11/1/12
    Hope everyone had a nice Halloween! The hangover from this morning was terrible lol. I rarely drink though, just did it for the hell of Halloween.

    Anyways as far as progress, my strength is steadily increasing and i seem to look better. My overall lifts are all going up and i am feeling much more alive at the gym. I believe the Andromass has a synergistic effect with my gear, as i usually dont feel test (at this dose of 500mg) until around week 4... Please note that i am still recording every workout, but instead of posting every workout on a daily basis i am simply going to describe gains made. I will, however, post starting lifts and ending lifts for all exercises once the cycle is done. And of course.... before and after pics

    I've gotten many compliments from friends recently and according to a buddy of mine, people are talking about me as "the buff dude from last night"
    Cycle is going good so far.. I hope this EQ will give me some freaky vascularity!

    Not as much progression as before, weight gain has slowed down... i have some good days and some bad days in the gym.
    I'm questioning the legitimacy of my EQ.. because im not getting that 'hunger' feeling at all. No new vascularity as well. Some days i don't even have an appetite and have to shove food down my throat.. I would expect EQ @ 900mg/week to give some kind of signal at week 4? im just not feeling it..... Should i be more patient since it is a long ester? Or is there such a thing as non-responders to EQ? Ive never tried this drug before so any opinions on the matter would be much appreciated.

    Yes more patience! Eq is a very long ester so I wouldn't start to expect to see things until week 6. That's why I've heard you should run eq long, at least 15 weeks.

    In week 5, day 30 of the cycle.

    I will weigh in at the end of the week.

    Everything is beginning to click. Concentration in the gym is up. Workout quality is gradually increasing. Strength/size increased a bit. For example: today on deadlifts, went from repping 315 lbs (last week) to repping 335 lbs (today)
    My body physique is beginning to transform. Most noticeable are shoulders, traps, and back.

    The only downside is: My libido is completely SHOT. My vascularity is also down; even some veins i had before i started the cycle are now hidden. Im never agressive, which is unusual for me... The only upside is no new acne.. I strongly believe this is because the dutasteride lowered my DHT too much. I'm going to downgrade to propecia, 1mg/day. Any feedback or experience on this is appreciated.

    Diet is consistent for the most part. Could be better though. Im still having trouble finishing my food, hopefully the EQ hunger will kick in as that would be extremely useful for my appetite.
    No bloat that i can see. But ive read that AM has some AH in it, which is an anti-estrogen. Im also taking arimidex so i guess it makes sense to not see a noticeable bloat.

    My sex drive went way up, Its weird how diff ppl are. My wife would joke that she wants me on more often. But rite now libido is down, but its week 12 and first week of pct. Still from sounds of some of you guys, I got lucky. Prolly not next cycle though

    Update: 11/19/12

    Week 6, day 1 into cycle

    I thought it was going to be a bad day at the gym since i had no sleep... Boy was i wrong.

    After 5 full weeks of feeling bloated and sluggish, Out of nowhere today i feel a HUGE anabolic rush through me.
    -Agression went from literally nothing for 5 weeks to a sudden outburst. My muscles feel much harder.
    -Fatigue has decreased: I have shorter rest times between sets
    -Much more energy. I didn't want to leave the gym!
    -Still no libido unfortunately, but i have a feeling it will come back sometime soon...
    Even though i could not sleep at all last night, i still killed my workout. I think the esters hit their magic number at week 6 (:

    All lifts are up, Body image is transforming and i feel ON. Hopefully things will just keep getting better and better from this point on, cant wait for these upcoming weeks. I will post mid-cycle progress, measurements, and pics so stay tuned

    6 weeks is where it's at bro. I knos everyone says 4 weeks to kick in but I honestly start feeling and seeing effects at 6 weeks. Once 6 weeks hit for me the weights didnt stand a chance lol. How is andro mass treating you?
