Heavyiron has given me the opportunity to log Cyanostane Rx for IronMagLabs. I'll be starting it Monday(10/15) at 2 caps a day for 4 weeks.

Hawthorne Berry - 750mg in the morning and before bed. 1.5g/day
Taurine - Starting at 1.5g once in the morning and once pre-workout. May up the dosage if needed.

2500-3000 calories / day - I play with my macros frequently but lately I aim for something like 300p / 150c / 80f.
My split is pretty basic but modified to my liking. My current goals are just to improve in whatever aspect of lifting I can; Drop BF%, gain LBM, and get stronger. I'd love to hear feedback from you guys and will be as honest as I can be with you guys.
