    Superdrol Run-Lets ride


    What's up everybody. Gettin sick of everyone trashing on me lifting, so I figured I'd come to a community that enjoyed and wanted some input and thoughts from other guys with some knowledge.

    Quick background..
    Around 5'6" 160. Been lifting daily for 3 years and started out at a mere 115 pounds first day I walked into the gym.
    Some PR's include Squattin 385 for 5, DL 405 for 5, and Bench 275 for 5, and RDL 245 for 10

    I'll be giving detailed Lifting and Nutrional Log of almost everyday.

    Cycle will be
    SD 30mg/day
    Cycle Assist
    Fish Oil
    NOW Liver Detoxifier
    Flaxseed
    Animal Pak and Flex
    MHP UP your Mass Split into 2 shakes

    I assume you have done SD before?? Your starting out at 30mg/day??? I don't see your serm in your PCT????

    Sorry for the late reply. Ya i've Run Superdrol before. 2nd run. 1st one took me from 155 to 170, then started Personal Training College and didn't eat or lift the same as I had before resulting in a loss of 10 pounds. Been back to it hard for 6 months so figured I'd get going again.

    Last Cycle I ran SD at 30mg a day and Halo at 20? Same Post Cycle with no troubles. I haven't been able to find a SERM anywhere (if someone feels like PM'ing an offer that'd be cool.)

    All about input, so if anyone has any beef with what I'm doing I'll listen. I'm on day 3 at 30mg of superdrol. My Halo never came in so I'm just going to run this by itself apparently.

    If you were able to find all these supps online and buy them then you should definitely be able to find a SERM as well. You might not be so lucky this time around getting away without one. Check the board sponsors for legit research chem sites. Not hard at all bro... Good luck with your cycle.

    Just finished shoulder day and luckily branched out to a gym member who is well known for being on "supplements". He's got some Nolvadex sitting at the house. Win.

    Seated mil press 135 3x15..Felt strong and shoulder felt good and had a lifting partner, 185 3x10
    Seated Lat Raises 25-10 reps, 30-10 reps DS 20x8 w/help for 3 sets
    Seated Machine Shoulder press 170 3 sets to failure 8-12 reps?
    Still seated shoulder press 140 to failure with 3 forced reps for 2 sets.

    Great workout, great pump.

    And on a side note...Supplement warehouse can go f**k themselves. I live 65 miles from Milwaukee...took 9 days to get my product, and oddly enough I got it 2 days AFTER I sent an email complaining. Will only be ordering from a AM Vendor from now on.

    Dam weather in Wisconsin. Coming down with some sort of sinus dilemma. Not working out today. Gonna lay in bed tonight and pop a bunch of cold/sinus meds.
    I'm not a scale whore, but decided to jump no just for this post...up 5 pounds this morning.

    So since I'm not feeling that great. Get off topic for a minute.

    Anyone have any preferences on what supplements/supp stacks they're on? I just picked up Cytosport Monster Pump/Aminos. Taste wise both are good...but what a waste of money! HORRIBLE pump, ZERO focus and energy. I'm not one of those 17 year old kids who runs around the gym like an ******* bragging about being on 600mgs of caffeine...but a little bit of extra focus from my PWO is always a nice benefit.

    Thoughts or next stack recommendations? I always have an amino/carb drink for my workouts, so keep that in mind.

    Sorry for not posting. Been busy with work and stuff. Still training daily, but have basically come to the conclusion I got a wack batch of SD. No gains, no sore nips, no atrophy, no aggression...nothing. Gonna finish up the bottle and PCT. But this log just became worthless. I'll still try to update just for the hell of it if anyone still cares?

    Decided I'm gonna pin in like 3 or 4 months instead. Watching guys have real gains on here has put the nail in the coffin and i'm not lookin back.

    Well still taking 30mg on w/o days and 20 on off days. Happened to step on the scale for ****s today and weighed 169...hmmmm. Is this finally kicking in? Is it not as weak as I thought?
    Will update tomorrow. Leg day baby!

    You'll need more liver protection during cycle then just your cycle assist. I recommend to run Liv.52 along with it at 3 caps a day minimum.

    And yes next cycle get u some injects its so much better. Just feels better.

    Haha everybody calls out the rings. One of the first things my girlfriend said to me when we met in personal training college haha! And thanks for the props on an already good physique, but no. It's NOT EVEN CLOSE to where I "need" to be. I actually just acquired some test E and Dbol today. Gonna run my first pin in like 3 months. Nobody really cared about this log so I kind of let it go. I'm all finished up and people are starting to talk I personally don't see the changes but I've had NUMEROUS people mention how much bigger I am. 172 yesterday upon rising. I'll keep some post cycle updates. I promise to be more up to date on my next thread. Just didn't feel any love on this one so I didn't really care.
