    Tricep pushdowns 3x10-12
    Skull crushers 3x6-10

    Pull Day
    Machine Deadlifts 3x6-10

    With IF protocol in effect with an 8 hour feeding window

  7. Small update I will be starting either tomorrow or wednesday just because I have torn the **** out of my throat and currently and recovering from that. I would prefer to be at 100% to start this cycle. I will still be going to the gym to get my before measurements.

  9. So I lied, I started today with a solid pushday, calories were spot on. I was a bit nervous my first pinning I was grimacing putting the needle in and then realized the needle was deeper then needed. Will put before pics up when I get home.

  11. Day Two:
    I woke up at 8am which is a rarity for me but I am trying to be good now that I am on cycle. Took my first 4mg of albute with some taurine and potassium. Going to be fasted till 10am. I will be going to the gym for some cardio around 1pm and then doing my pullday tonight.

    Tonights gym layout:
    Deadlifts 4 sets
    Barbell rows 4 sets
    Shrugs 4 sets
    T-bar rows 4 sets
    Reverse flyes 3 sets
    Cable rows 3 sets
    Pull downs 3 sets
    Croc rows 4 sets
    Incline curls 3 sets

    Note all set numbers include warmup sets (135lbs for deads/rows/shrugs)

    I will update with diet and more lifting info later today.

  12. Small note: Post injection pain today in the pectoralis major. Could be me getting used to intramuscular injections or could be due to the fact that my girlfriend decided to repeatedly punch me in the chest after injection (ouch).

  19. Yesterday:
    Workout:
    Had a good day spent around an hour and a half doing leg day decent pump, my hamstrings were a bit sore from deadlifts the day before but it still went well. I am really close to breaking my PR on leg press.

    Diet:
    3 Chicken breasts, 1/2lb of 80/20 chuck, a salad, 2 bananas, a couple hardboiled eggs, and a sandwich on low carb bread.

    Mood:
    Had an awesome day, feeling like a million bucks. Food was god damn tasty and the workout was good.

    Diet:
    1lb steak
    brocoli
    potatoes
    2 apples
    peanuts
    cottage cheese
    Green salad
    Protein shake
    4 hardboiled eggs

    Workout today was push day went fairly well, I did not put up as much as I would have like on bench but I am considering that part of me needing to go to the doctor about a sinus infection and also I need to get more sleep.

    Mood pretty good just need more sleep and more energy.

  21. I had to take the day off of lifting my sinus infection is really taking a number on me currently my lymph nodes are on fire and yawning/ coughing is painful.
    Luckily I will be acquiring anti-biotics on monday so I should be able to continue.

    Interesting note, pinning quads more painful then pinning pecs in my case (not sure why).

  26. So I have had a bastard of a time finding time for posting but here is a general overview.

    So far I have decided to change my stack up a bit with 10/20/20/20/20 being the superdrol dosing and all others being the same. I am changing the focus to a lean bulk.

    Notes on IGF:
    So far it is hard to tell if it is truly working, the injects are going rather well except that bicep injects are the very definition of pain (could be that I struck a nerve). The subq injects are rather easy and oddly pec injections so far are the easiest to coupe with.

    Changing up diet to 500 calories above maintenance. Also my workouts have been insane as of late.

    Last night was pull day. Hit 315lb deadlift for 8 reps!!!!!! Also hit 10 rep on 4 plate t-bar rows which means I get to advance to 5 plate this week!!!
    Hit incline bicep curls ended up getting up 40lbs for 6 after working up from 30-35 ten reps each. Also did lat pulldowns facepulls and cable rows but these went par for the course.

  29. I am just tubby okay........ Cry.... But seriously around 4-5 years (it is so hard to remember) have torn an ACL, a meniscus, and RC in all that time. Also have had a ton of illness slowing me down as of late.
