sorry i coould not find a search on this.. anyway heres the story. im a sprinter compete at national level.. ive had a groin injurie for 8 weeks now.. i have been running on it but it hasnt really changed much since day one.. ive been to the docs had ultrasound and they said theres mild tendonosis and minor tears.. it is painful but i can run on it.... anyway i neeed to get back into it as the season is nearly here and i just had a massive off season and dont want to see it go to waste.. so just on your opion if i was to take deca or cortisone shot with a week or so off?
