first cycle d bol and test e
What's up everybody! Like to just say I'm stoked as hell for this cycle. I'm 31, 6 ft 2 and 218 pnds. Bf 9%, I think its a little higher but that's what the nurses say at my work ins. screening. I've been lifting for 2 years hardcore. Some of my max's are 320 bench, squats I've done 455 ten times, leg press over 1000 20 reps, my db curls are a bit weak 50 pnds 10 times. Let's gets started I'm gunna b logging this. I will say my nutrition is gunna very. 250 grams protein, carbs not sure just no I will b intaking a lot. My plans are too just eat a ton. Hope I don't affend anyone by my nutrition but I'm gaining now strength and weight while still keeping my core in check. I will b doing no cardio except some ab workout with insanity. Here's my cycle:
Week 1-4 30mg dbol, 30 mg, 40mg, 40mg
Week 1-10 600mg test e (pnning twice a week)
Week 13-16. Pct clomid 100,100,50,50
Week 4-12 arimidex .25 mg e3d

So this morning I took my first pin. It didn't hurt I was nervous as hell but no pain. Its soar a bit now but I exspect it. Tomorrow will be my first workout day after my pinning. Gunna do chest. I know its early but I think mentaly I'm stronger already haha. I will b putting a pic up in next couple days can't wait for the dbol to kick in. Not sure what to exspect, just ready to get large!

Started my first chest workout to start the cycle, it looked like this.
Bench barbell: (3 drop sets) 305x4, 255x8, 205x12
305x4, 255x7, 205x9
305x3, 255x6, 205x8
Db incline: (3 sets) 80x10, 85x9,90x6
Incline db flies: (3 sets) 55x10, 60x10, 65x10
Cable crossovers: (3 sets) 160x10 all 3 sets
Upward cable rossover: (3 sets) 80x10 all 3 sets
Also 30 min. ab workout. Still don't feel any stronger lol and these are not records but there close. Tomorrow will b arm day. I don't realy know what to exspect when the d bol kicks in, but I deff. look forward to it. I might get picks up but if not will b back tomorrow. Laterz playerz

So today I think I'm starting to feel the dbol kick in. Pumped as ****! I did bi's and tri's. I got swollen big time. Here's what I did: (not sure the correct terminology for some of the excercises so bare with me)
Incline concentration curls: 25 lbs. 2 sets of 10, and 30lbs. X10 as a warm up and went slow to get the veins big.
Angle bare preacher curls: (3 drop sets) set 1: 125x6, 105x8, 85x12, set 2: 125x6, 105x7, 85x9, set 3: 125x4, 105x6, 85x8
21's bbell curls: 3 sets of 21 65lbs.
Cable curls: 3 sets set 1: 80x10, set 2:100x0, set 3: 120x10 through a couple negatives in the end to finish off bi's.
Gotta go to work now I will update my tri's on one of my breaks. Work was bad ass!

When I get off work in the morning it will b time too inject for the 2nd time. Problem is my leg is still sore as **** from Sunday. And today will b leg day. Guess I'm gunna attempt to pin my glute.
Is it normal for ur fist injection to hurt afterwards?

I pinned my quad on my first inject. I could barely walk. When I pinned my glute I couldn't sleep on my ass or my right side. I can tell u it gets better. Shot my left quad last night this morning I don't feel a thing. I haven't felt in pip in awhile!Originally Posted by msrider

Yeah man it couldn't hurt to run at the end to cut up. I paid for only enough for 4 weeks but my guy supplied me with 6 weeks. So I started running it yesterday. Today was leg day and my 2nd pinning. Wasn't sure after my first how I was gunna b doing on legs since my leg is still swore but I had a pb on leg press. Here's what I did,
Warmed up with 4 sets of 20 on leg exstention of 130 lbs.
Leg press: 4 sets of 20
* 1040x20 pb
Stiff legged dead lifts: 3 sets of 10
Could've done more but lower back sore from last week did heavy dead lifts and pinned my glute today.
Sitting calf raises: 3 sets of 25
Sitting leg curls: 3 sets of 10
* 150x10 2nd set got tough had to go back down damb it!
All in all I feel good about these lifts, at same time lots of room to improve and more muscle to build (**** yeah)

So after my first reply stating I'm not a calorie counter my wife told me about an app on my phone. I noticed a lot of ppl here knowing exactly how many calories so by that I decided if I'm logging I should do it rite. So I'm logging rite now on my phone to c where I'm at and later I will post that info. Damn phones are crazy now.
On a side note I will b doing 16 min of cardio abs from insanity as my only cardio. Now at the end I might do a bit more to get even more cut up. Having said that I just did insanity cardio abs workout and it still hasn't changed. Kicked my ass.

I'm in to follow along bro. Don't worry about post injection pain it's always the worst when you use virgin muscles, but after a few pins in each you'll hardly get any discomfort! 1040lb leg press is beast bro!

Dbol deff kicking in today! Felt like the energizer bunny today doing shoulders. Here's my stats for today:
Smith machine military press (drop sets)
205x6, 155x10, 105x15
205x5, 155x10, 105x 14
205x5, 155x8, 105x16
Smith machine db shrugs ( 3 sets front and back)
205x10 3 sets front
205x10 3 sets rear
Smith machine upright rows
Bent rear delt lateral raises
25x10 (3 sets of 10)
Front db raises
30x10 (3sets of 10)
100'sx10 (3 sets of 10)
20 lb cable lateral raises
2 sets of 10
I felt incredible today. I've never been one with vains and they are coming out of hiding big time. I will update my calorie intake later this evening.

Thanks bro. Yeah it was basically my own stupidity. I started with dead lifts which I never do. I wanted to go for 405. Warmed up with 135 for 2 sets of 10 and thought that would be good. Yeah u can run it under hot waster for a minute. But to be honest u prob have gear with high ba. Either way whatever u do prob won't help much. Ran into the same prob when I started. 1st vial was pretty painful but my guy I guess changed up his brew used a different carrier so basically I'm pinning an extra 250 mg a week on this vial and pain free. Don't feel ****. I used a heating pad seemed to help also try to train legs when u shoot. Warming up the muscle real good seemed to help with pip for me.Originally Posted by msrider

Last night I was suppose to show my callorie intake. Anyhow my callorie counter showed 3700. That was a whole lot of protein with all the steaks and turkey breast. Its crazy how much food I gotta eat.
Here's my lifts for today and I will have to tell ya I took 30 mg of dbol before workout and I felt it. Sometimes I feel like I'm being watched lol.
Wide grip pull ups using only bw 3 sets of 10 to warm up
Underhand grip pull downs:
Warm up 135x10
365x8 my back was a bit stiff from yesturdays injection thought I better b careful so dropped weight down on 3rd set
BB rows: 135x10 3sets
Also I did another 3 sets of sitting one armed cable rows:
To b honest I have no idea what that last excersize was called, hope I don't affend any body by what I called it. My back is soar as ****!

I had a bad ass chest day today! In one week I have gained 5 pnds. I'm sitting at 225 that is a new record. I've got pip realy bad. But its not gunna stop me. I will update my workout later tonight while I'm at break at work. ****s working ppl already saying stuff at the gym.

Did 3 sets with 15 pnd db hold bothe close to chest and exstending out and holding as many as I can do. If someone knows what this is called I would apreciate the name
Also did 3 excercises with cable machine. 3 sets a piece. Downward, upward, upward straight armed holds.
As u can see I'm not knowlegable of what I'm doing just know what parts I'm working. All in all I was pretty jacked for being up 5 pnds. The pip in the test I'm using sucks.

I can barely walk after pinning my left quad Sunday morning. Does the test have too much of something, too little, what causes the pain and hardening up of the muscle? I know it sucks! I just wonder if its suppose to b like this.

Your muscles will get used to it bro the more you pin. Make sure you aspirate too to make sure it's going IM not into a vein or something. PIP can be caused by the BA content in your mix so maybe your Test has a high BA content.Originally Posted by msrider
