Hey all, need some advice on the cycle I am about to start. 1st cycle in 10 years. I am pretty lean now and looking to add strength without too much size.
Cyp -- 250 mg wk 1-11
Eq -- 500 mg wk 1-10
Var -- 50 mg ed wk 1-12
Ldex -- .5 mg eod 1-12
Clomid -- week 13
300 mg day 1
100 mg 10 days
50 mg 10 days
Osta Sarms -- 25mg ed* week 13-16

5’9 170 pounds 10% bf 37 years old – athletic (run- bike 3x per wk, crossfit –strength and wods 4x/)
Would like to get stronger for the oly stuff
I have been following paleo diet but will incorporate more carbs and calories during and after.
