    Ok thanks to Iron Mag Lab I'll be getting bitches in no time (30 days?) haha.

    I've been chosen to log Super-DMZ RX 2.0 and plan on getting completely shredded for the first time in my life! (I say this in all my logs I'm aware of it, but this time I have ba ba ba balls of steel!)

    Will be following The Palumbo Diet (high protein, moderate fat, trace carbs)

    Friday July 27th weigh in: 181lbs
    Bodyfat measurement (handheld used for reference only): 13.7%

    My logs are usually crap. Nothing special, I don't hype my lifts or do anything crazy. I lift strict with adequate weight with a slow negative on each rep.

    BUT..... My pictures ALWAYS show obvious improvements.

  2. You may consider a carb cycle diet. High, med and low days. These compounds tend to work well with carbs but you can still lower body fat with a carb cycle. Anyway, its just a thought.

    Wanted my face blurred but left enough so you can see the facial re-composition in my after pictures...

    I consider myself to have an average build at best, never been happy with the way I look in person let alone in pictures. If I can just maintain my LBM and lose 10-12lbs of pure fat I think I'll look like the ideal "beach body" beaver trappin', Moves like Jagger, gut bustin', ass splittin, Swagtastic poster boy in which most people would like to look like

    Honestly wish I could but am gonna try this Palumbo diet out, promise I won't let you down brother! It's easier for me to not have any carbs than indulge a tiny bit, I can never stop myself with just a "portion".

    Protein:250gr
    Fat:80gr
    Carbs:<35gr
    Calories ~1900 (500 less than my BMR)

    Meal 1
    4 whole eggs

    Meal 2
    2 scoops whey protein
    1 tablespoon all natural PB

    Meal 3 (I change em up)
    8oz chicken breast
    or
    4oz 90%lean hamburger + leafy green

    Meal 4
    Same as meal 2

    Meal 5
    Opposite choice of meal 3

    Meal 6
    Same as meal 2 and 4

    Very boring I know but this will be the first strict nutrition plan I have ever followed for longer than 2 days. I promise you these results will be life changing, I know my body, what works, my failures, and what I need to do to achieve my goals. Have faith in me guys!

    haha, I hear you. Keto diets work well but I like to save them for right at the end of a cut if I have to however 4 weeks is a pretty short duration on a carb cycle so you are probably on the right track.

    Might add a bit more fiber or use fiber supps. Need to keep that food moving brother.

    Notes:
    1. Being on 30g carbs a day, my muscles do not look flat at all. Especially my shoulders where most people get smooth.
    2. No water gain at all. Weighed 181 at the start (already depleted with extra water weight cut) and weighed in at 179 the other day.
    3. No lethargy even on trace carbs.
    4. No nipple sensitivity.

    Ran out of money this past week for my diet (hours at work have been getting fuc*ed) so I've been eating what my parents buy (CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS CARBS). Going to put cardio into over drive and start doing more of a cardio type workout to try and get down to 172-175 before this log is over. Other than that I received my fake superman beats by dre in the mail and they actually sound excellent if you only use skullcandy in ear earbuds lol

    No doubt bro! Figured I'd been updating just as much as the other loggers, but oh well. I still manage to post final opinions of the product and update pictures, the 2 things that only matter. I can sit on here all day typing "new PR, new PR, blah blah, without even posting any type of start or finish pictures which most people do and BS my numbers for 4 weeks and havve guys telling me "good numbers, good job".
