Have completed 2 PH cycles, and 1 Inj cycle (last was inj cycle about 11 months ago)
Will be eating heavily during fall semester.
Looking for advice on calorie intake, anything that looks wrong with cycle, or other suggestions.

Test E 250 with Dbol Jumpstart

Oral Dbol 10mg pills- 20mg ED weeks 1-3
Test E 250- 500mg/wk, weeks 1-10, split mon and thur.
2ml/wk = (2 viles for cycle)

20 pins, rotate dart between glutes
(right glute, left glute) **23G 1.5Ē pins

AR-R LiquiDex on hand to combat unwanted bloat, and any other possible Estrogen related sides. ED .25mg weeks 2-12.

Heavy Protein intake weeks 1-16

Glucosamine and fish oil during entire cycle.

Solodyne on hand for acne (prescription acne pill)

Preventing Stretch Marks:
Vitamin E Capsules broken, rubbed on prone areas
Vitamin A, C, and Zinc are good for healthy skin
Stay away from many reps of the same exercise

AR-R Liquid Tamox for PCT (4 weeks) Starting 2 weeks after last pin.
40mg ed, wk 1
40mg ed, wk 2
20mg ed, wk 3
20mg ed, wk 4


Tips:

*70% diet, 20% sleep, 5% training, 5% gear
*Keep test levels high
- stay AWAY from SOY
- DONT shy away from fatty foods
- eat ALL and ANY kinds of meat
- get LOTS of sleep
- DONíT stress
