    Plan is for a 9 week total cycle.

    will post after pics once im done with pct, maybe post some throughout the cycle if its really noticeable.

    Starting weight: 170.0 at 5'7 @ 9-10% bf

    goal is for the cycle to be a recomp/lean mass gains. will eat at maintenance the first 3 weeks and then up cals the final amount of time once everythings fully kicked in.

    nothing to note really today other than i got slightly warm about 45 mins after each ultradrol dose

    Day 2:

    surprisingly wasnt sore at all from my push workout yesterday even though i destroyed everything. played tennis this morning and body temp was higher then usual after taking my morning dose, this lead to me sweating a lot more than usual, but ironically i actualy recovered better between points and never really got tired. probably just placebo.

    tomorrow is either legs, or pull, not sure yet will have to see how im feeling in the morning. tomorrow is also an epic cheat day so mondays weigh in will not provide a true value of my weight since i usually gain 4 pounds after a cheat day and lose most of it during the next 48 hours

    In this looks solid but I don't think I would run the ultradrol for 6 weeks. good luck man your gonna get beasty!

    Day 3:

    I havent hit the gym yet today, ill hit legs in a bit and post an update about that. I just felt the need to note that last night and all today i have tons of energy, like i just want to stay up and moving, which is not like me at all, and i feel an almost exaggerated sense of confidence. hopefully that means ill have a good workout today.

    Kinda surprised actually that weight is up considering ive been eating under maintenance. Destroyed the weights today. Awesome leg pump and vascularity, and had amazing focus as well. Call me crazy but id say im already beginning to feel the effects of these compounds. Back traps and tri's tomorrow.

    Day 4:

    Weight: 175.4 (+5.4 pounds!)

    yesterday was cheat day so i did figure id add some extra glycogen weight, but wow 5.4 pounds already, i was not expecting this. ironically i look leaner already, i know that sounds dumb since its only day 4 but my body is literally recomping already. had some awesome pumps today doing back traps and tri's, id say im def feeling this already

    weight still up even after a very low carb day yesterday for my off day. its only day 6 but i swear i can see physique changes and more vascularity already. i can feel it kicking in a little, but its nothing drastic. endurance in the gym is up and im getting more reps per set.

    low incline dbs: 90s x 8, 8, 11

    flat barbell guillotine bench: 135 x 7, 8, 225 x 7, 185 x 7, 135 x 8

    reverse grip chest press: 110 x 12, 150 x 10, 170 x 9

    cable flye: 60s x 10, 40s x 13

    one arm cable flyes: 30 x 8, 12

    pec dec one arm: 120 x 8

    incline barbell: 135 x 11

    seated military: 105 x 12, 12, 8

    db upright rows: 35s x 10, 10, 8

    front raise shrug: 20s x 12, 12, 12, 12, 12 in different angles

    one arm rope pushdown: 40 x 8

    one arm rv pushdown: 30 x 12

    rv barbell pushdown: 90 x 12

    Day 18:

    Weight: 181.2 (+ 11.2 pounds!)

    ok so i have still yet to actually eat above maintenance except for 2 pretty epic cheat days but ive managed to put on 10+ pounds. I dont really feel bloated either. vascularity continues to go up, im getting some full veins all the way across my chest that continue into my shoulders and then up to my traps. all my muscles look larger, but stil close to as defined as when i started. strength was up the past 2 days so it seems that area is finally starting to come around. aggression is missing, i dont actually feel like im on cycle until i pick up the weights so its not being overly aggressive and not feeling lethargic either. stanodrol should be kicking in within the next week so i assume that will kick up the aggression a little. Tomorrow i will add 100 cals to my workout days and will increase cals by 100 each week until im at 400 over. if weight is still holding at 180-185 by the end of next week ill adjust cals further for the increased body weight. right now im looking at 325 carbs, 260 protein, 80 fat on lifting days and 220 carbs, 220 protein and 75 fat on off days
