Back and cardio day::

So the past week ive been feeling funny, dont know how to put it in words. but alot of lethargy, unfocused, irritable so on and so on. i dont have time to get bloods but im guessing its from dropping down to 150mg of test per week. i know thats a somewhat standard dose for a male but i was just unhappy. so i decided im going to pop 100mg e3d of test prop along with my cruise of 150mg test cyp. ill be dropping the prop about 5 or 6 days before starting so im ready for my tren cycle. so thats 150mg of test cyp per week and 233mg of test prop. i might run the prop e4d, which would put me right at 300mg total test per week. just thats the half life of prop, might be to much fluctuation.
i also threw in a little TNE prework out and of coarse was feeling awesome after that. think i just tapered off of such a high dose too fast. i will be laying off the tne. im going to use that the few days prior to the tren blast.

But if you dropped from a gram a wk of test to 150 the week after your test should still be high as fuq, right?

I've tapered down over the past 4 weeks. So by now my levels would be down. Test e only takes 2-3 weeks to clear. And before that gram pulse blast I had been cruising at 400mg. You may be on to something. But I wont be able to figure till I get back and have test done.

After a solid rest tried for some hack squats
135x10 185x1 spasm
Power cleans 135x 8 185x 6
Deadlifts: 135x10 225x8 315x6x5 no pain
Hack squats 225x5 pain 135x10
Sumo squats 135x10 155x10 225x6
Quad extensions 4 sets 175 10 reps
Hamstring curls 4 sets 220 6 reps
Going back to the drawing board with the leg

Peptides in my neat future. Hgh in the not so distant future. And a new coach for legs and Olympic legs in the next month. Going to find out if its bad form that's causing the issue along with learning new ways to go heavy on legs without exacerbating the problem. The fact is I'm almost thirty and I can't do legs how I did when I was 20.

So when your doc orders bloods for you, what does he cite as the reason for checking estradiol & prolactin & fsh/lh?
My orders for the bloods comin up in 2 months say hyperlipidemia & steroid cycle (for the hormonal part)...not sure how long that's gonna fly when insurance processes the claim.

Yesterday was arms and shoulder-
Did some **** and ran for 45mins
Today was cardio only
57mins on the elliptical tab 5.05miles burned 902 cals.
Bloods were take this morning. Should have results soon.
Feeling good since I added 50mg test prop eod. Taking some time off lectro. I'll blast it again after some time. Gyno gone for the most part, have some tenderness and some small lumps. They may go away as my body gets back to normal. If not will get some more bloods and go from there. Still not sure about my knee. Haven't had a chance to meet with the new coach and formulate a plan.
Trying to get to 12% by the 10th, that's when I'll start cutting.
