Actually that's all of them : )

How long have you been trying this for now? Any improvement in lower back?
This isn't the type of stuff I was reading about thats bad, it was like 1 foot balancing and while lifting or making movents with the medicine ball.
All I know is if I bang the wife my back feels crippled for a couple days LOL

...we best be getting you a wheel chair to roll around the streets then my friend. lol
In all seriousness though. I can relate to your back issues, had to have surgery on L4/L5 when I was 21. Now any time I have any issues, I skip the chiro and go right to a RMT. Hurts but a couple of days later everything feels so much better.

If you have a ball try it... The guy in the video is super smooth when he does it. When I do it, outs very choppy which is how you know there is a problem. Give it a shot and if its not very fluid then you have stability problemsOriginally Posted by JudgementDay

Got back from the chiro and laser therapy treatment, told them about the exercises I tried, my friend scott who works there is the one I'm listening to everything he says, wasn't too happy about how swollen my sacrum looked from those exercises, so now I'm back to square and he doesn't want me to do a damn thing for a couple weeks, no stretching for anything, gave me **** about how I keep trying to skip step one(let it heal) before trying to strengthen it, so looks like I will take at least a couple weeks off doing nothing on my back. I'm still gonna do my weights, but I'll stay clear of the pulldown machine and 90 degree overheads, if I do overheads I'll stick to a 85 degree angle so the weights are not compressing my discs.
Not sure about swimming now next wednesday....I'll talk to him about it Friday, but he will most likely say NO! lol.... I guess avoiding the healing time is what got me into this big mess in the first place so I'll give it some time.
For my current diet I'll be doing high carb meals on weight lifting days and low carb/low cals on non-workout days. No cheat meals, my body is craving bad carbs like crazy this week, but gonna stay strong, the way my weights looking I should wake up under 213 tomorrow, I want to slowly get down to 190ish

Talk to him about how you squat! Apparently most of my damage came through from squats which compressed the shít out of my spine. I had no idea you had compression issues. You can't be doing hypers bro!!! WTF JD??! Anything that compresses or hyper extends your back is a no no... My chiro doesn't even want me standing up straight or sitting straight up in a chair until healed.Originally Posted by JudgementDay

I havn't done squats in a couple monthsand havn't done much squats in the last year and a half. Well the hypers they are not extended to the top position.
Well I wouldn't say compression issues per say, but the 2 bulging discs + nerv damage + shifted sacrum + air in left side of sacrum= I should avoid compression exercises![]()
So here we go 2 weeks with avoding tension on lower backNot sure what I'll be doing for weights, just have to stick to light weights, only thing that doesn't seem to bother my back at all is incline DB press, so I may try going heavy on that, I want to try the 90's Sunday...

So my back was so bad last night, all I can say is pain and nervs! Shooting pains down my back, hips and legs, had a hard time walking down the stairs today it was weird, I took some advil to help, saw the laser therapy and chiro today.
So I'm gonna cut back on weights all together, just gonna do body weights stuff for a couple weeks, Push ups, pull ups, chin ups and dips. Gonna go do a circuit of all of them Sunday, I'll do that 2-3 tmes a week for the next 2 weeks and see how my back feels, hopefully by then I can start doing stretches and add some swimming in.

But I'm waiting for that new Dermacrine from BPS to come in and I'll be starting that, gonna run Slin SaneV2 when I start it.
