    You Cant Flex Fat!!! Recomp log.... Dbol/TEST E/Winny and other stuff...


    Well it that time again for me. Summer is here and its time for a recomp. I am starting next week sometime date is still undetermined.

    Stats-
    24yrs old
    5'8"
    188ish
    10-13% BF

    The Goods-
    Dbol- 50/50/50/50 (taken periodically through the day since they are 10mg tabs)
    TEST E 600mg Wks 1-7/ 750mg Wk 8-16
    Winny 50mg-75mg ED wks 10-16 (I have inject and tabs we will see how I react and that will determine how I will dose it)

    Will be using HCG starting in week 5 and stop week 13 at 250IU 2X a week.

    PCT
    CLOMID 100/50/50/50/25
    Exemestane 16mg EOD (liquid)
    (thinking of throwing in CLEN)


    On cycle support-
    Liver support
    Daily Vitamins
    tons of rest

    Ok I am almost done with a gyno reversal and am tapering down the letro now. It worked like a champ and the lump is much smaller (but not gone). During the cycle I will stay on Letro at 1.5mg ED until I feel the gyno thing is as good as it gets or its completely gone. At that point I will switch to aromasin and the following dose schedule 25mg ED week 1 / 12.5mg ED week 2- whenever I feel im good.

    I have had my bloodwork done 2 weeks ago and Im gravy for a cycle. I am going to get them done during the cycle not sure how to time it but I would say about Week 8-9 then about week-16 then last one after PCT. Any advice on this would be appreciated.

    I will get pictures up too. I am getting way lean so I'm pumped to see what my hard work will get me.

    Workout- I am going to follow one of Arnolds workouts for Advanced Body Building. I will post it up. I followed the beginner one harcore for months and months when I was younger and saw decent results. So I will step it up and tear this sh*t UP!

    6 weeks of winny might take it's toll on your joints. Have you taken it before? I would get some glucosamine and I take fish oil no matter if I'm on or off cycle. Just a good supplement if you're not already using it.

    Yeah I will be good bro. Right about 50mg ed is my sweetspot. Winny doesn't kick in full force for 2-3 weeks so that's why its 6 weeks. I think I got a bottle of glucosimine laying around somewhere I will throw it in with my vitamins. Thanks tho for pointing it out.

    Now that it's not late as **** I actually read your post. Stoked that you are already set to get on another cycle, it seems like you just barely stepped of the SD a week or two ago lol. Times been flying. How much of that did you keep on you?

    I kept a good 8lbs ish I think in my SD run. It ended some time in the beginning of March. I have been cutting lately and getting bodyfat down before the cycle. It will be a hell of a ride...

    Ok here is the plan of approach.... I will be cycling my carbs 150g off days 250-300g lift days. Off days I will be doing cardio.

    I will work out my macro breakdown tonight but I'm thinking 3000 calories off-day and 3400 lift day. That's for the first 4 weeks while I am on dbol. Going into week 5 I will adjust and take the calories just a bit down to start burning the fat. My maintenance is about 3000 cals.

    I don't care about size here. If I gain a solid 5lbs of lean mass, dense/harden up and burn fat it was a good cycle. I will not be weighing myself... gunna go by mirror all the way. I will avoid bloat at all cost and have no problem dropping carbs completly and estrogen will be pretty low because of the letro for the first few weeks.

    Thanks man. I'm not messing around with this cycle. I'm getting definite results or I will die trying. True recomp style... no fat gained! Then I can do a legit 8 week bulk this winter and shred next summer.

    Solid plan man! That is about how I do things right now, 150 carbs on burn, 25-275 on build. It works great for adding lean mass or if you are throwing cardio in like I do then also a real good way of recomping. My calorie on off days or burn days is more like 2500 though. Either way nice set up man, very interested in this one. Pretty set on a test e + dbol run next so any info I can get is good! Rock this sh1t bro!

    Hell yeah man thanks. I will be lifting 4 days a week and 3 days with cardio. Only one day will I do cardio Nd lift. Sunday off. 3000 cals on cardio days (mon,wed,fri). 3400 cals lifting days (Tue, thur, Sat). Sunday is off day and cheat day. I'm gunna eat now and work out my macros and start planning. After the dbol I will go into a very small calorie deficit and start shredding (starting about week 6-10). Like I said I'm going off the mirror so what ever is working.

    That's a good idea the going off the mirror plan! The weight can get in your head and really mess stuff up. The current run I'm doing I haven't been putting on pounds like a normal cycle but the results speak for themselves. The scale tends to get me down though thinking what am I doing wrong! Hate mind games for sure.

    So bumped my letro up to 3mg ED to get rid of the last bit of gyno. I will run it about 2 weeks into the cycle and taper off and onto aromasin. I got a different brand of aromasin so I hope its legit.

    I will pin Saturday if everything goes according to plan. Get this baby started.

    Ok had a killer leg workout today and the whole time all I could think about was how great it will be when I am "ON"

    Running Letro at 3mg is brutal but effective at least for me it has been... The down side? Destroys your sex drive haha. .5mg Caber every 3 days fixes it tho.. or viagra.

    Day 1-

    Pinned 250mg Test E
    Took 50mg Dbol
    Liver support
    3mg Letro

    Didn't take all that at one tho. Spaced out over the day.... don't want anyone to freak Haha.

    I hit a brutal chest/back workout today. Supersets and tri sets the whole way.

    I am running the letro at 2mg for 7 days then dropping to 1mg for 7 more. During that week I will start aromasin at 25mg ed. My gyno is almost non existant now. Its almost better than before I got it on poor planned cycles.

    The logic is the aromasin will prevent estrogen kickback from coming if letro. After 7 days my blood levels will be stable and I will drop to 12.5mg ED or Eod. I will keep letro on hand incase I get a bad gyno flare but I'm not concerned.

    I don't mind pinning at all. I'm all tattooed up and when I was military I would run IVs and stuff. Needles don't bother me at all. You def need to get "on" bro. You should run Test/sd your gains would be epic.

    Weighed in at 185 today. Caliper test put me at 10% bf so I'm saying about 12.

    The Dbol has got me looking full yet still shredded.

    No sides and still running Letro.

As for pinning I think I'd like it, I've always liked playing with needles haha. I actually just won a giveaway from here but that's going to be for cutting, which I'll still probably end up taking right away when I get it lol.

    Its preemptive bro. I had trouble a couple weeks ago when I was at 4.5mg of letrozole. Now its 2mg and I'm tapering off and on to aromasin.

    If it weren't for the gyno reversal then it wouldn't be necessary.

    Glad to have you guys along! Sorry for lack of updates. Went camping this weekend. It was totally epic and the beaches are awesome here in NC! (So are the women).

    Everything is good so far. No sides and I am tapering the Letro down and going onto aromasin this week.

    Will be doing 3rd inject soon. My roomate gets back tomorrow so i can get pics then. Now I gotta shower and wash the smell of skank off lol.

    Oh yeah I dropped my dosage down on dbol to 30mg over the weekend. I will be working back up to 50mg slowly. I feel a big difference at 30mg and IMO more isn't better.

    in my limited experience with this stuff, i noticed i had the same problem. I gained 10 pounds immediately, though that was gaining back what i had lost from pneumonia a few months back. once i reached 204, it stopped. I was on test, winny , and this methyl "supp" going under the trade name methylstenbolone. I shred the body fat percentage down to 7, which I've never done even during my heroin/crack years, not that i was measuring that anyways back then. But what i can offer as perhaps help here for shredding is what worked for me, sprints. 30 second sprints three times a week, for like 30 minutes on the cardio days.. The results were almost hilarious in that it was so quick that I had a hard time convincing people i wasn't taking any AS. The first day that i did the sprints i was on the treadmill doing the cardio jog thing when i sped the thing up to 14 for a few seconds. I think that that helped because I didn't just go straight into it from zero. My inner thighs were SORE, though not for too long. Sounds like you know way more than me in this field, and I'm sorry if I sound presumptious. God Bless

    Thanks man. I do sprint 2 times a week right now for cardio. I do distance sprints... about 50-100 meters for 30-45 minutes with 1 minute rests. The other days I use the stairmaster to burn a ton of calories. It has has really leaned me down. My diet is also on point so that plays a big part too.

    Update-

    No sides and the dbol is making my lifts go up like crazy. I'm still staying pretty dry since I'm carb cycling.

    Yesterday was the last dose of letro and now I'm just using exemestane at 12.5mg ED. (I ran it at 25mg all week while I tapered off letro to build up a good blood level)

    Diet is good hitting 3200 calories on lift days and 2800 on burn days.

    I will get pics up this weekend.

    Hell yeah that's my boy Dave, killing that right now. You have to let me know what you notice between dbol and SD for this cycle. I'm sure this one is going to be way better with the gear and such your running after. The discussion about sprints was right after I read an article about sprints and I'm so going to add that into my routine when I get back to it
