I'm feeling nice today so I'll start from the top.
1) you're not old enough for PH's, especially M1T.
2) even if you did this cycle, where's the plan for PCT?
3) no stats were listed
4) no diet was listed
Elaborate on #'s 3 and 4 please and we'll be able to better assess the situation.

your test levels are the highest they will ever be, introducing hormones now could definitely screw your endocrine system up. Also that is alot of protein for someone weighing 190.

Bump on the protien theres no way he is digesting it all with out
any enzymes to help.

If you feel your ready i say go for it. Just educate your self. As far as m1t For yor second cycle you might not be able to handle the sides for 4 weeks. If you do stay on for 4 weeks though, you need more then 3 weeks pct.
I dont think the protien is to high at 190, or atleast not by a large amount.
Your ratio of bench to squat\dead seems kinda awkward bench 250x5 and squat 300x5.
